Giant Voice : A Sound Off Forum for Our Patriots "Camp Lejeune Special" Part 1

This is a 3 part series to bring awareness to the victims of Camp Lejeunes contaminated waters. Hearing from guests who were either stationed there as marines, family members and some special guests. This episode we have Tim Templeton, Sam Maynard and Brian Amburgey who were marines. We also have Water Widows (woman who lost their spouse to the toxic water health issues) Karen Hayward-King, and Kathy O'rourke.
Part 2 and 3 we will have guests such as Ed Bell, Attorney and founder of the Bell Legal Group, Fighting for Camp Lejeune victims; Dr. Ray Dorsey, Professor of Neurology, Director of the Center for Human Experimental Therapeutics at University of Rochester. We also have from The award winning Documentary, Semper Fi : Always Faithful, Jerry Ensminger, a Marine Master Sergeant based at Camp Lejeune.

Between 1957 – 1987 an estimated 750,000 to 1,000,000 people may have drank and bathed in tap water containing extremely high concentrations of toxic chemicals at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina. It is believed to be one of the largest water contamination incident s in US history.
Leaking underground storage tanks, industrial area spills, waste disposal sites and waste from an off-base dry cleaning business were identified as the sources of the contamination. The chemicals found in the water include benzene, vinyl chloride and trichloroethylene (TCE), three known human carcinogens, in addition perchloroethylene (PCE), a probable carcinogens.
