Booktube Cancel Culture

Booktube over the last six years has turned into a graveyard of cancel culture zealots. Booktube cancel culture needs to END! Explore the psychological origins of the Booktube community's cancelling, how knowledge content creators get caught in the "cancel trap" and how to shield yourself from getting cancelled. We can change the world with our imagination, but having to tip-toe around cultural mines creates analysis paralysis in a ton of people. How can anyone reason that cancel culture should exist in the literature sphere? What deceased authors would be cancelled if they were alive and writing modern works? Did the twitter cancel mob help J.K. Rowling see their point of view? Or did they engage in a reckless dopamine fueled temper tantrum? Aren't there bigger problems for us to solve than cancelling divergent opinions? Most cancellers are pseudo-moralists who haven't individuated and are playing out archetypal nightmares in their fragmented reality. We need to show cancel culture how loving knowledge works. Spreading knowledge to the masses through scalable online education can change the world for the better faster than anything else. Next time an author gets cancelled, click on all the profiles of the people commenting on twitter. They've published no artistic contributions to change the world. Everyone can change the world. But, to that someone needs to develop the technical skills, focus, and heart to share positive knowledge to the world. Most people would find it hard to develop those traits while existing in such a negative space.

I'm not a hypocrite and understand both political sides cancel knowledge. I'll be releasing another video today on the other side of the cancel aisle.

"If we replace cancel culture with critical thinking, we'd have empathetic conversations instead of emotional reactions. And, by talking, we learn to separate honest mistakes from actual hate" - Jello Biafra (Who makes a cameo in this video lol)
