COWBOYS ALERT: Dallas Re-Signs WR Michael Gallup Right Before 2022 NFL Free Agency Begins

Dallas Cowboys news on Michael Gallup: The Cowboys are re-signing WR Michael Gallup to a HUGE 5-year, $62.5 MM deal. The Cowboys drafted Gallup in 2018 in the 3rd round. It was expected the Cowboys were going to bring back Gallup despite him tearing his ACL in Week 15 this past season. The Cowboys traded away Amari Cooper and now have made sure that Dak Prescott has a solid WR2 next to CeeDee Lamb. Also some breaking NFL news happened, Tom Brady is coming back for his 23rd season.

The Michael Gallup contract is close to the market rate for a WR of Gallup’s caliber. Even coming off the torn ACL, the desired $8 million a year deal from some Cowboys fans was never realistic.
