3 years using a dumb phone

What I noticed, experienced and more productivity I have when using a dumb phone instead of a smartphone. Distractions, and addiction when using and depending on a smart phone isn't cool. My family is more important, then a smartphone. Fuck using social media apps, fuck this dependency on smartphones, avoiding attention of using Google and apple tracking products so they don't track you as much. Using a dumphone keeps you free of distractions and you gain more self awareness of your surroundings.
