Ricky Garard - CrossFit Games Athlete - #269

Ricky Garard is a CrossFit Games athlete from Australia. Ricky is an avid outdoorsmen and loves getting out and doing anything in nature. Sevan has had several interactions with Ricky and Benny over the years and had always had positive interactions. After Ricky tested positive for performance enhancing drugs at the CrossFit Games, it has been hard for people to see the true Ricky Garard. In this episode, we got to know the true Ricky: chill, adventurous, and funny.

Ricky had his first competition back as he competed in the Dubai CrossFit Championships at the end of 2021. He was slated to compete at Wodapalooza, but because of sickness had to pull out. He is now back in Australia preparing for the season and being coached by Justin Cotler from Underdogs Athletics.

We are stoked to see Ricky back on the competition floor in CrossFit.
