Russia's Biggest #Drone! Okhotnik-B Stealth Drone Big Problem for #NATO -Biggest Than Gripen

As a multirole unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV), the Okhotnik-B will support the Su-57, which is fitted with various battlefield features.

Three more #Okhotnik-B prototypes are currently in production and will be tested for flight until 2023. Recently, it was reported that the Okhotnik platform is not dedicated to Russia's next-generation aircraft.

Russia's fifth-generation Su-57 air superiority fighter will be able to guide multiple loyal Wingman drones, according to insiders in the defense industry. "Currently, options are being considered to control strike drones from the Su-57 cockpit. Fighters are expected to carry two to four Okhotnik drones," the insider said in TASS, #Russia. I told the press.

The Sukhoi S-70 Okhotnik-B, which means "Hunter B" in Russian, is the next 6th generation heavy stealth drone to fly with the Su-57. The Russian Ministry of Defense released a video footage of the first flight of Okhotnik B in 2019, showing that it is orbiting over the Chikarov State Flight Test Center in Astrakhan. The entire flight lasted 20 minutes, according to an accompanying report from the Department of Defense. The Okhotnik-B boasts a flying wing design, a takeoff weight of approximately 20 tons, a top speed of approximately 1,000 kilometers per hour, and an operating range of 6,000 kilometers. The drone is believed to be equipped with either the older AL-31F engine or the more advanced AL-41F engine used in the #Su-35S air superiority fighter.

As a multirole unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV), the Okhotnik-B will support the Su-57, which is fitted with various battlefield features. Drones have the potential to play a valuable reconnaissance role, leveraging an extensive suite of onboard sensors to provide Su-57 information via data links. The mate of the four Okhotnik-B drones could expand the Su-57's battlefield awareness and provide targeting information to help signal fighter long-range R-37M missiles. The drone is capable of combat, and the internal weapons bay carries up to 2,000 kilograms of ammunition, but the amount of that weapon remains unknown. Designed with a focus on stealth performance, these four drones can work together to pose a legitimate threat to the vulnerable assets and infrastructure behind the enemy. More importantly, they can carry out dangerous strikes without endangering the Su-57 pilot.

In an extensive interview with the Russian media, test pilot Evgeny Frolov explained that Okhotnik-B shares the same artificial intelligence command interface as the Su-57 mothership. Florov has confirmed that drones can track and target enemy units in a completely autonomous manner. The current prototype version of the drone provides redundancy with overlapping manual controls, but test pilots have said that the serial version of Okhotnik is completely autonomous and this system will be fully automated in the future, these manuals. The controls, and manual processing that I mentioned most likely not exist, probably do not exist.

Three more Okhotnik-B prototypes are currently in production and will be tested for flight until 2023. Recently, it was reported that the Okhotnik platform is not dedicated to Russia's next-generation aircraft. The new project 23900 Ivan Rogov amphibious assault ship, scheduled to be commissioned to the Russian Northern Fleet in 2027, is said to carry four Okhotnik drones. The first Okhotnik-B unit will be commissioned as a loyal wingman of the Su-57 from 2024.
