Interested in how to increase your hip range of motion? Can you manage hip pain without surgery? Today, I'm interviewing Peter, an attorney, who spent decades at his desk before back and hip pain really started to ruin his life. Peter was told that based on the severity of the damage in his hips and spine, he needed to just wait until things got so bad he needed surgery. Over the past few years, Peter has made gradual but fantastic gains in his functional range of motion and has made great decreases in his own pain levels. And today he's sharing his insights and the things he's learned over the course of the last few years.
