This is a full, though far from complete, playthrough of Donkey Kong Country, accompanied by meandering tangents and musings. Sometimes it's almost therapeutic to play familiar games that are easy to progress through, and aside from a few problematic levels, I felt pretty good throughout the process. Enjoy!

We're starting off the Mario RPG Remastered playthrough! This journey will be spread out over 14 episodes, roughly 30-50 minutes each. This first episode is an outlier, using a traditional playthrough format. Future episodes will be a bit different, using past-me's playthrough and present-me's commentary. ...We'll see how it works out!

As some of you have noticed, I haven't been adhering to my usual streaming schedule. I meant to get this video done about two weeks ago, but technical hiccups and life got in the way. Long story short, I'm retiring from gaming. This video will go into the details in case you're interested. Thanks to Llama, DiBear, killer, Doctor Okay, and all the others who made this Rumble experience fantastic. Hopefully I'll still be mixing it up with ya'll in the future...but for now, it's farewell.

After only 120+ hours, we are finally ready to take on the big bad and end the adventure!

Good gravy it's been awhile! Mea culpa, folks. After a ridiculously long absence, I'm getting back in the saddle. Should be seamless. I know we're...a character. In an RPG. Kinda. And there's stuff that has happened, and stuff we need to do. --EZ.
