Commercial created for a class assignment on marketing and advertising. The product was my son's idea. We shot it on an old iphone and cut it together in an afternoon. Just meant for fun.

Still cleaning out my old hard drive. This was an animation I did a few years back for some friends that were putting on a 12th night play. This was the view from the bridge of their starship which was rear projected onto the set. Modeling done in Blender, Animation and rendering done in Electric Image Animation System (EIAS).

Cleaning up my hard drive again. Suspended a webcam next to the bird feeder and got some nice footage of this Hummingbird feeding.

Short little fake "Occam's Razor" commercial I made to improve my hard surface modeling skills. Modeled and rendered in blender (cycles). Comp was done in After Effects. Also learned a bit more about proper UV layout and lighting. It was a fun exercise. This particular model is based loosely on my Edwin Jagger double edge safety razor. Audio is from a Medley of "Bring Back My Blushing Rose" by Rudolf Friml and "Sally, Won't You Come Back" by Dave Stamper. Both first published in 1921. This particluar performance was recorded in 1921 in NY city. This audio was sourced from the Project Gutenberg audio library and is listed as in the public domain in the U.S.A.

Faux film trailer created for the 2010 CGTalk B-Movie Challenge. Made in a few days with a budget of about 10 bucks. Animated in EIAS (Electric Image Animation Sytem) and Blender. Compositing in After Effects.

Cleaning up my hard drive yet again. This is a really old pixilation test I did some 15 years ago while trying out my first web cam. Yeah, I know...stupid but I thought maybe somebody might get a kick out of it.
