SHENANIGNS and NONSENSE in the Louisiana Senate!!
On June 3, 2023 Louisiana Senate President Cortez adjourned the meeting without taking any votes on anything. Whole thing only lasted a few minutes. Pitiful! He is apparently trying to run out the clock on a lot of the bills so that the senators (or JBE) don’t have to go on the record with their votes/vetoes.
Several bills of MAJOR importance are at stake including HB 537 which prevents our foreign adversaries from buying land in Louisiana and HB 131 - constitutional carry bill.
Email cortezp@legis.la.gov and/or call his district office at 337-993-7430 and demand that the following YES bills "be given an up and down vote on the Senate floor before 6:00 PM Monday."
HB 8 - place signs with the motto "In God We Trust" in schools and classrooms
HB 68 - authorize public schools to offer course of instruction in history and literature of the Bible
HB 81 – use of certain names and pronouns for students
HB 131 - constitutional carry bill
HB 182 - ensure COVID vaccines are not mandated in schools
HB 291 – allow for in-person visitation at health care facilities
HB 311 – ban foreign or private funds for admin of LA elections (Zuckerbucks ban)
HB 399 - require vaccine exemption notices
HB 415 - exclude CBDC from the definition of a deposit account
HB 466 - prohibit schools from initiating sexuality and gender discussions with students
HB 471 (NO) - administration of vaccines by pharmacists and other licensees of LA Board of Pharm.
HB 537 – prohibits foreign enemies from purchase of land & immovable property in LA
HB 648 - prohibit transgender procedures on minors
HCR 71 - tell the U.S. Congress to keep CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currency) out of America
HCR 110 - state public retirement systems to avoid Environmental, Social, and Governance investing
SB 7 - access to certain materials in libraries
SCR 21 - right of LA to nullify unconstitutional acts of the Fed gov

Louisiana voting Machines CAN be hacked!
On April 28, 2023 Dr. Douglas Frank, an election integrity advocate, publicly reported the results of a personal 6 hour meeting with Secretary of State Ardoin, and a small group of Louisiana citizens, in June of 2022.
At that meeting Dr. Frank enlisted the aid of a "white hat hacker" and demonstrated for SOS ARDOIN that our election system was hackable. within 5 minutes Dr. Frank was able to provide Ardoin with his own personal password to the system. Ardoin watched as the hackers were able to get into parish level systems and add, delete, and alter votes.
Following that demonstration, Dr. Frank assisted Ardoin in the development of a plan to decertify and remove the existing machines. Ardoin has since backed out on the plan, is actively promoting the purchase of more machines, and has publicly denied ever meeting with Dr. Frank and the citizens that were present
