Hey Ronins! In today's video we explore an abandoned 200-year-old Antebellum-style mansion dating back to the early 1800s. We take a glimpse of this beautiful southern home that was owned by a wealthy farmer. This place has been abandoned for 20 years since the last owner passed away with no one to inherit the property. We explored UKS Secret Nuclear Bunker DEEP UNDERGROUND The Kelvedon Hatch Secret Nuclear Bunker at Kelvedon Hatch, in the Borough of Brentwood in the English county of Essex, is a large underground bunker maintained during the Cold War as a potential regional government headquarters. This large complex of modern offices and science labs was once home to a leading US conglomerate company. Much like any important and top notch company, their headquarters and two different facilities were all located in New Jersey. The company specialized in manufacturing agricultural chemicals. This particular facility was used for testing purposes of the products manufactured. Mixed in with offices, the complex housed many chemistry labs. Products were tested on plants and animals as well. The location of this facility offered the space to be able to construct multiple greenhouses and pens for animals, all for testing purposes. The company itself went through various acquisitions and mergers through the 1990's and 2000's. All locations in the state of NJ were shut down, including the corporate headquarters in North Jersey. Due to its chemical background, the satellite facility where the manufacturing was done became an EPA Superfund Site. This Childrens Asylum opened in 1860 as the Connecticut School for Imbeciles at Lakeville. Its name was changed to the Connecticut Training School for the Feebleminded at Lakeville in 1915. Two years later, it merged with the Connecticut Colony for Epileptics (founded at Mansfield in 1910) and acquired its present name. When it opened in 1917, the merged institution had 402 students in residence. By 1932, the resident population had grown to 1,070. During the Depression and World War II, demand for its services increased, resulting in both overcrowding and long waiting lists for new enrollments. Staffing levels increased during the 1960s as philosophies on treatment of mental retardation changed, and there were 1,609 residents and 875 full-time staff as of 1969. During the 1970s and 1980s many residents were relocated from dormitories to on-campus cottages or to group homes located around the state. By 1976 the resident population had dropped to 1,106, and by 1991 just 141 people remained as residents. In 1993, after numerous lawsuits concerning the conditions of the hospital, Mansfield Training School was closed and its patients sent to outpatient facilities and other institutions. After the closure, some dilapidated buildings were demolished. Other buildings were split between the Bergin Correctional Institution and the University of Connecticut. This place had to close down and evacuate in 1 day due to financial issues from the rise of covid. This place was a 5-star hotel at its time but had horrible management that left the hotel deteriorating fast! In today's video, we explore an abandoned mansion built in the 1990s. It cost $1,400,000 to build.There's currently no information on an owner but it looks like it was built to be a bachelor pad it is 8800 soft with 6 beds and 9 very unique bathrooms, tons of entertainment space, a beautiful spiral staircase and a massive indoor pool. Ideal to be bought up and be turned in a multi family home! Sadly no info was found on why its been abandoned but it might've been because inefficient money or land issues. This place was last inhabited in the 1940s. It was lived by a wealthy local farmer in the region and his wife at the time. When they first had their firstborn son they moved into a much bigger and better home and left this place behind, using it only for storage. In the early 2000s the couple passed away at an elderly age and their children didn't want to do anything with their properties. In 2007 it was put on sale and an auction happened and the last person bought it for 100,000 pounds but the guy mainly wanted it for its land. The place has still been forgotten and abandoned ever since. It is a unique home built into the side of a cliff. In today's exploration my friends and I uncover an abandoned mansion deep in the woods. It was once owned and lived in by an extremely wealthy Jewish family and custom built in the 1980s. Its architecture is unlike anything you've ever seen, with a castle-like structure made by stones and bricks. Exploring inside is now a shell of its former self, with the damage left by a fire that broke out in 2018. Luckily the family survived and they moved out leaving their past and surprisingly everything behind & memories of what once was a beautiful home. Its worth is $2,500,00. In today's video We Explored UK'S CHERNOBYL The Most Dangerous Ghost Town this is a housing estate dubbed UK's Chernobyl and its set to be demolished next year its real name is The Clune Park estate, located in Port Glasgow, Inverclyde, which in the early part of the 20th century was home for shipyard workers. There are now approximately 20 people living in some of the 430 flats. Which are In very rough conditions. Property is so bad and rough that it's known to be the cheapest in the UK, with one flat selling for just £7,000 at auction, the Daily Record reports. The area has been plagued with arsonists, causing shops, a primary school, and a church to be abandoned. Plans to demolish the blocks created tensions between the council and private landlords who refuse to sell up. In today's video my friends and I explore Coco Chanel abandoned mansion that was a secret lovers retreat! We ended up finding her room and some belongings left behind! The mansion consists of over 20 rooms which still have some remnants from its day, the entire interior was redesigned by Chanel in the 1920s. A chaise lounge, ornate hand-painted wardrobes, carved wooden bed frames, an antique fire engine, and Scotland's first-ever bidet still remain inside. Winston Churchill stayed here in 1927, where he wrote a letter to his wife stating that Chanel spent most of her time here outside, fishing from morning till night. The place felt so surreal. It’s prime location amidst the Scottish woodlands of Cairngorms, just past the Balmoral Royal Estate in Aberdeenshire. It looks magnificently breathtaking from afar especially being surrounded by the serene and lush woodland forest. Beginning of 2021 my friends and I went for a Winter Trip up in Maine and we discovered the Real Polar Express Trains Left Abandoned while SnowMobiling. This was one of the craziest winter experiences I've ever had! I filmed this trip in January 2021 and uploaded it only to take it down less than 24 hours because I thought it would be good to have it up in public for Christmas! It was in 1915 where they purchased a huge plot of land to build their dream home. A Colonial-style mansion to suit their family. Later on Eliot and Marthas, Son Sam inherited the home with his wife Jean. They lived in this home till they were old and had their own Christmas Tree farm on their land. Both Sam and Jean passed away in 2012 3 months between each other and their property was then bought in 2018 by a construction company for 15,000,000. In today's video, I will be showing you guys an abandoned school that I filmed back during the summer with my friends! It was then hit by a tornado during the same month and both the elementary school and middle school were severely damaged, leaving them unusable. It also didn't help when the state ordered the Schools to shut down due to Covid 19 soon after and hindered repairs. Now, I only got the chance to explore middle school because the elementary school already got demolished. Here's the good news though A few weeks after exploring the place the school board got accepted 53 million dollars from an insurance carrier to demolish and to build brand new schools. I believe the school that we're exploring in this video is now gone and the new schools are still undergoing construction. The present mansion house, Plas Glynllifon, was built in 1836–48 to the designs of Edward Haycock, a Shrewsbury architect, and succeeded at least three previous houses on the site. The original building predated a rebuilding c.1600, which itself was rebuilt in 1751. That house, a 'moderate-sized brick mansion', was destroyed by a major fire in 1836. The rebuilding that followed and an extension in 1889-90 largely form the house that exists today. The house is a neoclassical 3-story building with an attached lower service courtyard to the west and an asymmetrical 13-bay south-facing facade dominated by a central hexastyle pedimented portico. It is built of stone with rendered elevations under a slate roof with rendered chimney stacks topped by molded cornices and an Italianate water tank. Glynllifon was the seat of the Glynn family until 1700 when it passed to the Wynn family of Bodvean. Sir Thomas John Wynn became the 1st Baron Newborough in 1776 and Glynllifon passed down the family to Frederick George Wynn, the 3rd Lord Newborough's youngest son. The real conjuring house is located in the town of Harrisville, Rhode Island. Its a colonial farmhouse that was the subject of the 2013 hit horror film "The Conjuring" Built in 1736 its been "Rumored to be haunted by the presence of Bathsheba Sherman, who lived in the house in the 1800s. She was claimed to have been related to Mary Towne Eastey, one of the many executed for witchcraft in the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. 51 years later in 1863, Bathsheba married a rich farmer under the surname "Sherman" and gave birth to a child. When he was a week old, her husband caught her attempting to sacrifice her baby to the Devil. Exposed, Bathsheba climbed to the top of a tree, proclaimed her love for Satan, and cursed all those who would take her land. Bathsheba then hung herself, committing suicide. Andrea Perron, who lived in the home as a child in the 1970's, wrote the trilogy "House of Darkness, House of Light," about her family's ghostly experiences in the house. An investigation of the home by paranormal researchers Ed and Lorraine Warren served as the basis for "The Conjuring." In recent years it was purchased in 2019 by paranormal enthusiast Cory Heinzen for under $440,000 and most recently this year in 2021 the house went back on the market with an asking price of $1,200,000. In 2002, Silver City Galleria was purchased in a joint venture between General Growth Properties and the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois in a $634 million deal that involved three other malls. Sadly in it's most recent years the only thing to remain open was Regal cinemas, Dick Sporting goods, and Round one. Regal Cinemas shut down in 2020 as part of a temporary closure of all Regal theaters due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On December 11, 2020, it was announced Round One Entertainment would be closing in January 2021. Dick's Sporting Goods closed in early January 2021. On January 21, 2021, it was announced that Silver City Galleria would be demolished in February, with one investor saying it was too expensive to keep open. Demolition work began the following month. The Silver City Galleria was officially demolished on May 9, 2021.
