En av de gamla stencirklarna som ligger på Hammarö i Värmland. Ursprungligen en del av en tidig järnåldersgravplats cirka 500 till 700 e.Kr. Den dåvarande ön, nu halvön, Hammarö var en gång hem för ett blomstrande samhälle av skogsboende fiskare / jägare och samlare före vikingatiden. Deras levnadssätt var beroende av Vänern och den täta skogen. De talade en version av det proto-norska språket. *** Denna korta video filmades i april 2022. One of the ancient stone circles located in Hammarö, Värmland. Originally part of an early Iron Age graveyard circa 500 to 700 A.D. The then island, now peninsula, of Hammarö was the home of a thriving community of pre-Viking forest dwelling fishermen / hunter-gatherers. The circle of stones dates to over a thousand years before Christ. It was constructed by early iron age inhabitants of Värmland (Scandinavia). A community of pre-Viking Age hunter-gathering fishermen. The circle of stones was used as a judges seat, a place were disputes or claims were settled by community elders.
