Joss Whedon presents: The most pointless scene in a superhero movie. The Sword Tip! Wonder Woman loses her sword as it slides down a catwalk. The Flash notices and helps tip it back to her. What was the point? It was going to land next to her on the ground anyways. She killed on parademon who poses no real threat. This whole scene is useless. It ends with him falling on her chest. Wonder Woman isn't impressed. Neither am I. The new trailer for the 2-part Netflix movie Rebel Moon is here! I give an adult reaction to Rebel Moon while having a nice afternoon stroll in the park. Zack Snyder is incredibly hit and miss for me so seeing this trailer for a large-scale sci-fi action/drama is toying with a lot of my emotions. Today's roast is a real doozy. One of the biggest big-budget disasters put on the silver screen. Zack Snyder's Justice League would eventually see the light of day but this version... this ain't it. Joss Whedon was hired on to "finish" what Snyder had started but instead went a different route. Warner Bros. decided they needed to fix the film and reshoot/re-edit and basically remake the entire Justice League movie. What we have is a Frankenstein's monster of a picture. River Wild Movie Review. River Wild is the 2023 reboot of The River Wild, which starred great actors like Meryl Streep and Kevin Bacon. This new version is a shadow of the original, cashing in on name-only. The plot is lame. The score is non-existent. The characters are bland. The production ranges from competent to unwatchable. A good chunk takes place at night and is very hard to see. This movie is a complete waste of time. Heart of Stone movie review. Netflix has yet another exclusive movie starring Gal Gadot. Wonder Woman is back in action but with far less personality or any sort of character arch. Heart of Stone is the most generic Mission: Impossible movie I've seen in a very long time. It takes all the excitement of the Tom Cruise films and boils them down to nothing. Blue Beetle hits theaters soon and the early reactions are in! On the app formally known as Twitter, users are putting out their movie reviews for Blue Beetle. As with all early reactions, they come off incredibly fake. Some may be honest but a lot of them typically are not. I'll be going over them on the live stream. I'll also be talking about the never-ending drama with Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. This is the Henry Cavill thing all over again. Wonder Woman 3 appears to once again not be happening. I think most people really enjoyed the first Wonder Woman movie. Gal Gadot proved herself to be a solid choice as the superhero goddess. So when Wonder Woman 1984 was announced, many were really looking forward to the sequel. Patti Jenkins returned along with Chris Pine but none of the charm, gritty action or beautiful visuals came along with them. Instead, WW84 is an embarrassing shadow of it's former self. A comical rom-com in the worst sense of the word. The script is insulting. The characters are joyless. Gal Gadot has to spend a good portion of the time being sad and miserable over a man. The movie theater experience can be awful at times. While I still love going to the movies, there is no denying the magic has been lost over the years.
