🛒 INGREDIENTS:
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup mixed seeds (any variety)
1/2 cup baked almonds
13-15 pcs. dates
3 tbsps. coconut oil
Sea salt to taste
🥣 BAKING STEPS:
Step 1: Mix coconut oil, oats and seeds until well combined.
Step 2: Toast oat mixture on a pan on low heat for 10-15 mins until fragrant. Then let it cool.
Step 3: Insert dates, almonds and oat mixture in a big Ziplock bag then mash by hand.
Step 4: Press mixture in a container lined with parchment paper.
Step 5: Sprinkle Sea salt on top of the pressed mixture.
Step 6: Chill for 1-2 hours then cut into bars then serve.

🛒 INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Butter (use Margarine or Coconut Oil for dairy-free option)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar (use Splenda or Stevia for sugar-free option)
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
1 cup Chocolate Chips (use sugar-free as option)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
🥣 BAKING STEPS:
Step 1 - Melt butter in pan over low heat.
Step 2 - Stir in Brown Sugar and Vanilla.
Step 3 - Mix in Oats and allow to cook 2-3 minutes.
Step 4 - Press half the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch pan.
Step 5 - Melt Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter. Stir well.
Step 6 - Pour chocolate mixture over the pressed Oats and spread evenly.
Step 7 - Crumble the remaining Oats over the chocolate layer.
Step 8 - Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2-3 hours to set.
Step 9 - Remove from refrigerator and cut to desired size.
