Amy Bohn will be one of the speakers in Geneva, Switzerland during this historic moment and people’s march called, “We Are The Change” rally. I’ve also been invited to speak at a private leadership summit the day before hosted by the Inspired Global Leadership Summit.

As the Supreme Court hears the oral argument in the case of Murthy v. Missouri (formerly Missouri v. Biden), hundreds gather on the SCOTUS steps to advocate for free speech. Freedom advocates form around the country speak at the rally to reclaim free speech on the SCOTUS front steps.

Opening remarks of Del Bigtree's speech at Liberty and the Divine event November 18th, 2022, where he expresses support of Amy Bohn as the President of PERK, their hard fight in California, their mission, and their belief that they will win in the courts!!

Dr. Joseph Ladapo, Florida Surgeon General, spoke of the disconnect with reality, science, and truth that can happen. He shared about his experiences in Florida working with Governor Ron DeSantis and how important it is to transcend fear. Dr. Ladapo reminded the audience that what seem to be ‘credible and trustworthy’ sources must be cross checked. Look for consistency in truth and principle and that will help you discern the information you come across. He engaged the audience during a great question and answer time where he discussed his recommendation against 18–39-year-old men receiving the covid vaccine.

PERK President, Amy Bohn, spoke at the Transcending Fear Event with Dr. Ladapo. She engaged the audience with victories to celebrate, warnings, and important announcements. Amy shared Philippians Chapter 4 ending with “being near to God helps us transcend fear.”

We are calling on all Assembly Members to Vote No or Abstain on SB866. Democrats and Republicans have stood together in opposition to this bad bill. NOW is the time to act. SB866 is an extreme, anti-parent, anti-family bill. This bill is not about expanding the health rights that minors already have. This bill exposes children to unnecessary risk, coercion, and harm by removing vital and protective parental consent.

Protection of the Educational Rights of Kids, a non-profit known as PERK, is an advocacy organization that advocates for children, protecting children’s rights, parental rights, civil rights issues, bodily autonomy, medical freedom, and more. PERK understands the negative impact mandates are having on children and families across the state. PERK must protect the children from the covid shot requirements and any mandates. For this reason, PERK has chosen to engage in this lawsuit.

In discussions with City Council Representatives, here is following update: The City Attorney, Mike Feuer, gave an update at 1:30pm on August 25 during agenda item #7. The update is that the City Attorney, Mike Feuer is still drafting the ordinance. Let me share why the vote is being delayed…BECAUSE OF YOU! They have received feedback and pushback from the public, organizations, and businesses. The draft of the ordinance has NOT been released yet because it is NOT ready. This is why they did not vote on it yet. The timing of the vote depends on the completion of the ordinance draft. What you need to know: The timing of the vote has not been set. If the draft is completed, prior to next week, the City Council could vote on it as soon as next week, Tuesday, September 27, and/or Wednesday, September 28th. Next week’s Agenda, for the Los Angeles City Council Meeting, will be released on Friday, September 24th. If the ordinance is ready to present for a vote, here is what will happen: The L.A. City Council will have a vote. If the vote is unanimous, the ordinance will pass. If the vote is not unanimous, with any dissenting votes, the ordinance will NOT pass, yet. It will then be brought for a vote again the following week. The second reading and vote only needs a majority vote to pass. We are aware of dissenting votes. These votes are NOT anti-vaccine, but are against any form of vaccine passports and are against showing proof of the covid shot to enter indoor spaces. The Council Members against this ordinance, understand it tramples upon businesses, citizens, and is a dangerous path forward. Any, within the sound of our voice, understand this. The issue at hand is bigger than any political side, any race, any religion, and anyone who is vaccinated or unvaccinated. This is about setting up an infrastructure, through a law, that will ban people from indoor spaces, and require organizations, businesses, everywhere, to request proof of the shot. The city of Los Angeles and the state of California, do not understand the catastrophic consequences ahead, if this is not stopped. The digital passport is directly connected to all mandates, and is the precursor to everything you hold dear being controlled with the flip of a switch. First, it’s your indoor spaces, travel, education, and businesses. Next, it’s your bank account, food, water, and shelter. Exemptions will NOT save you. This is EVERYONE’S issue and we must stand up now, with all that we each have, and use our voices to stop this! HERE IS YOUR CALL TO ACTION: 1. Do not stop calling and emailing.
