Well, It's Christmas time, and she will be making some traditional Italian Christmas treats. One you know for sure: Homemade Ferrero Rocher, plus she will also be making Panpepato. The livestream will be streaming live on Youtube, Facebook and Instagram, and we will have the recipes available during the live stream!

When Covid hit the world in 2020, we were just about to start our season, and the world went dark. We hunkered down and bonded with our entire team AND the thousands of past guests to get through it by riding it all out virtually, without attempting to do any revenue-generating business. It was tough, but after nearly two years we were able to reopen and get back to doing what we love most. We brought some Italians to a local Olive Garden to see how they would react to the food. As a company that offers cooking vacations in Italy and Italian cooking schools, we just couldn't resist when our head cooking teacher visited us in Florida with her brother. Many of our guests had asked mentioned Olive Garden, and asked about sauces like "Alfredo" that they had never heard of, not to mention Olive Garden's apparent "Cooking School in Tuscany." So when they were in the States, we had to give them the FULL experience! Enjoy their reactions! They are both real and honest! Even some things they actually liked!
