After running into issue replacing the front steering rack bellows, we dive into the front-end alignment on Jim's Factory Five Racing Mk4 Roadster.

After getting the Afco radiator back after pressure esting, it's time to get this all put back together. New upper and lower rad mount with a new fan shroud as well. Might as well get the rad hoses all squared away as well.

We start on the wiring for our 25th Anniversary Mk4's Ford Control Pack for our Gen 3 Coyote.

We attach the cooling system for our 25th Anniversary car. And although we didn't finish it all, we made a big dent in it.

Glove box, wipers, Ford Control Pack and heater all have to share the same real estate. We think we've come up with a way to make them all play nicey, nice.

Brake reservoirs get installed and plumbed. We then go through the bleeding process for the front and rear Wilwood brakes. We wrap up by bleeding the hydraulic clutch system.............. after a bit of problem solving.

We start work on relocating the battery in Jim's Mk4 to the front of the car under the hood. We use a product for Breeze Automotive to do so.

We remove the oil pan to replace the gasket and hopefully stop the leaks. It doesn't go well.

We want the remove the radiator so we can add the Breeze upper, lower mount along with a new cooling fan shroud

We take it back to basics, removing a oil filter relocation kit and making the fuel lines just a bit cleaner.

We go to install the 5 point harnesses' in Jim's Mk4 and in the midst get thrown a giant side track.

We swap out the black powder-coated roll bar in Jim's Mk4 for a brand new Chrome roll bar. We show you an inexpensive way to eliminate the Frankenstein bolt for the rear leg of the roll bar as well.

We upgrade the Factory Five Racing Mk4 with trunk struts to hold it open instead of using a stick to prop it open.

We work on getting our hydraulic clutch system started with custom bracket and slave cylinder from Forte's Parts Connection.

We get into the bones of the car lowering the engine and transmission by removing spacers installed by the original builder. We take out the driveshaft to send it in to be lengthened and finish up the brake and fuel lines in the back of the car.

We tackle the exhaust headers after receiving our replacements from Factory Five. We also install them with locking hardware and MLS gaskets. Last, we finish up the heat and sound mat along in the trunk and add seam tape to all of the joints in the cockpit and the trunk.

As we finish up all of the aluminum panels, we transition to heat and sound mat installing it in the passenger compartment of the car.

We finish up the rear of the car with aluminum panels and heat/sound mat.

The brand new Ford Racing Gen 3 Coyote engine gets place between the frame rails of our Factory Five Racing 25th Anniversary Mk4, along with the brand new Tremec TKO600 transmission. We work for 3 days, giving this project a much deserved kick start.
