Stories about my two births and information about the hospital bag!
In this video I tell you how my births went and a bit about the hospital bag and there is TMI (too much information) here, so it's probably not for the faint of hearts xd But I hope it can be helpful for some who went through similar experience or might face something similar.
Second time spine pain relief:
I was sitting this time and the doctor who administered the spine pain relief had a student with him and again I had the panicky rush of thoughts as I spoke of with my first pregnancy and he was instructing the student on danish (but I could understand most) "1cm, 2cm in the spine..." and It made me feel even more panicky and sick and I started to feel I'm going to faint in a moment... so I told the midwife, who was in front of me that I'm losing it and she very slowly and carefully (because I had needles in my spine and what not) lied me on my side and I didn't faint and it was all good. Not a good idea to sit up and not a good idea to have a student being instructed with a panicky, fainty patient like me xd
Hemoroids after 2nd pregnancy:
So what I wanted to add is that these hemoroids were smaller, much less painful (I really didn't even notice them much) but I still unfortunately struggle with them til this day and I'm after some home treatments...... I will continue to search help at the doctors. It's not a big deal just a small discomfort... xd TMMMIIIIiIIiiiii

My jaw surgery - fixing overbite
In this video I tell the story of my jaw surgery to fix my overbite, which happened around 11 years ago (when I was around 18 years old) from when I made this video. I hope it can help somebody in similar situation :)
I didn't say that when I had my braces I had to go every month or few month to my orthodontist to get it tightened/adjusted and the first day or two after I felt my teeth "moving" and being pushed - then it felt normal again.
I had a small jaw from birth but it was never anything that affected my life quality - only my self-esteem. My son, however, was born with a small jaw that effected his breathing and eating the first months of life and with cleft palate, torticollis, reflux.

How I sleep trained my children - sleep training for babies
Hi!
This video tackles the controversial subject of sleep training babies/toddlers and what we did in our family. I also say my opinions about it and how my children took it, what were the results, how fast the results came.
ATTENTION! You have to be JUST as consistent during naps as when you put your children to bed for the night.
No feeding bottle to sleep. If my children almost fell asleep during milk feeding I made sure to rub their hand or talk louder or anything to make them open their eyes again, so they could first fall asleep in the bed by themselves according to the methods mentioned in the video.

Cleft Palate, reflux, torticollis - parent's perspective, experience, story
Hello,
In this video I am telling our story about my son's cleft palate from my perspective - mom's :) I hope it can help somebody out there in same/similar situation!
The story is not yet finished and it will be many years for that - I will make updates :) surgery nearing now!
ATTENTION! I am saying in the video that my son turned a lot in my stomach to the very end of my pregnancy and that's why I got inducted. I forgot to mention that his umbilical cord was connected to the placenta on the side of the placenta NOT in the middle which is the norm. This is ONLY MY THEORY - maybe this umbilical cord position caused my son discomfort in the stomach and made him move so much and MAYBE it was some kind of reason of his jaw being small and cleft palate because of not enough space for it to develop properly.
He was also born with a cramped muscle at his right side of the neck so he didn't want to keep his head straight and we are still fighting with that but it's MUCH MUCH better. At the same right side of the neck he has a hard growth that will be removed during the surgery. These 2 things also make me think even more that the position of the umbilical cord cause him to keep his head in a weird position in my stomach which could result in smaller jaw, cleft palate, cramped muscle and a growth on the neck. BUT THIS WAS NOT CONFIRMED by any doctor, it's my OWN speculation.
For the cramped neck muscle, we didn't see it until around 2 weeks after birth. That's when he started to try to use his muscles more and it started to be visible. He was keeping his head to the right and body in a banana shape. We got a physiotherapeut that visited us at home, showed us exercises for my son's neck. We stretched him a lot in different positions, every day few times a day. He hated it and cried... It was very sad to do but necessary. Later on we had to and still have to strengthten his left side of the neck. Because of constantly keeping his head to the right, the left side didn't have enough exercise that the muscles are weaker. Strengthening them should also help with getting the head straight in the middle. He is not so much cramped anymore so no need for stretching but strengthening the other side. The cramp is professionally called torticollis.
Because of the reflux and small jaw/cleft palate my son made milk bubbles the first 3-4 months, especially when lying on his back cause his breathing then was more difficult for him (nothing crazy just you could hear the breathing more, more friction). There could be one big bubble or sometimes tons of small ones :) Also, sometimes we could hear he's swallowing a lot more than necessary during feeding or apart from it suddenly, so we knew it's reflux and if it was real bad and hurting him he started crying after all the swallowing :(
Reflux is when stomach contents go up the feeding tube/pipe and burn it, making wounds, because stomach contents are normally acidic. This happens because the muscle that is supposed to stop it from happening is still underdeveloped and in MOST children develops normally during 1 year of birth (that fortunately happened for us). Stomach acid neutralizing medicine is supposed to neutrilize the acidic nature of the stomach contents so even if they go up the feeding tube/pipe they don't burn and don't make wounds, so the child can eat and is not in pain. However, for SOME children it can have side effects like for ours - for example constipation. The acidic nature of stomach contents also protects from infections mainly caused by bacteria, so when you neutrilize the stomach contents it can increase the risk for (mostly bacterial) infections.
For the surgery my son has to not use a pacifier and stop drinking from a bottle. The reason is for him not to put things that could destroy the healing process of the surgery in his mouth and in the healing period sucking motion could also destroy the effects of the surgery. So what I did is, I stopped giving him pacifier 2 weeks after birth when its still easy to take it away and I stopped giving him bottles when he reached 1 year. By then I only had the "before bedtime" bottle left and it was quite easy to just quit it from one day to another. I just suddenly put him to bed without the bottle and it was fine :)

Permanent Make Up experience before/after, what to expect PMU
Hi!
In this video I am talking about my journey with Permanent Make Up - and I have gotten eyebrows, eyeliner and lips done! I have a lot of experience to share together with some before and after pictures :)
ATTENTION! The last 2 pictures from "7 days after" permanent make up on lips are actually from 4 days after - my bad - one picture is a repeat from before and one new from 4 days after. The only ones from 7 days after are the first two ones shown.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT PMU:
I say in the video that eyebrows were the least painful and then I say that lips were the least painful.. oops.. what I wanted to say is that eyebrows are the least painful WITHOUT any pain relief - I got none. Lips were the least painful ONLY thanks to the pain relief. Without it, lips would be much worse than MY experience with eyebrows, however still less painful than eyeliner (even if the eyeliner area has pain relief on it :( )
Everybody can react different to ink, absorbtion and PAIN RELIEF. For me the pain relief in my eyeliner appoitment worked only to some extent, where as on the lips it TOTALLY numbed them!
After the procedures, my eyebrows were irritated but nothing too bad, eyeliner area similar to eyebrows but lips were irritated in a way that they felt like when lips are exposed to for example cold and start to crack. The peels also felt like when the lips start to crack from dryness etc. But there was more peeling of course :)
The entire healing process takes 4-5 weeks but the first week or two are the most intense.
Before the appoitment you should get information about the procedure, what to expect and you should receive a paper to fill in with your illnesses (to rule out any that contradict PMU). You should also sign allowance for the procedure so the PMU artist has it on paper you agree for the tattoo and got informed (at least I had to :) )
Don't touch the area after the procedure, don't pick on the peels, don't smear etc. Just let it heal by itself and if your PMU artist told you to use a cream - do it :)
I was told to use a serum that the PMU artist gave me on my eyebrows twice a day morning and evening and I put it on delicately with a ear cleaning stick. I did it for a week.
With my lips I was told to moisturize and for the first 2 days I got a cream from the PMU artist. I patted it into my lips delicately 3-4 times a day for the first 2 days. Later for another few days I used a normal lip balm that was easy to spread on the lips. Also many times a day to keep the area moisturized. Eyeliner I did absolutely nothing except leave it be! :)
Removing Permanent Make Up is possible but I am not sure that everybody can have 100% removal effect. It can be much lighter to the point its unnoticible. However it's not a promise. You should talk to a Permanent Make Up artist about it - they often also offer removing procedures. It usually takes many sessions, just like removing a tattoo and there are different options laser and non laser removal. All come with some risks.
Not doing touch ups on the permanent make up also can result in it being so light with a LONGER time that it will be unnoticible but again it's not a promise :)
