Classic Beef Meatloaf
Classic Beef Meatloaf that's tender, juicy, easy to make and the only recipe you'll ever need for this classic comfort food favorite recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
1lb. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1tsp salt & pepper
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup barbecue sauce sweet honey
1tbsp mustard
FOR THE SAUCE:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven 350° F
2. In a big bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, brown sugar, salt and pepper, milk, egg, barbecue sauce & mustard. Use your hands to mush and mix these ingredients together until well combined.
3. Add the meat mixture to a loaf pan. Pat the meat down into an even layer.
4. In a small bowl, combine ketchup and brown sugar. Stir and pour the sauce on top of the meatloaf and spread it into an even layer.
5. Bake uncover for 1 hour.
6. Let the meatloaf rest for 8-10 minutes before serving (or it may fall apart).**
NOTES:
*Be sure to mix the meat really well. This is a very moist meatloaf recipe so under mixing can cause the meatloaf to be too soft/mushy.
*I use more than a pound of ground beef for my family :) but 1 lb. is the ideal serving!

SPONGE CAKE Rolls | FILIPINO PIANONO Cake | HOW TO
Experience my children's favorite meryenda (snacks) from the Philippines. It is super easy and simple. Filipino-style Pianono is a type of jelly roll consisting of a soft, pillowy sponge cake wrapped around a mixture of margarine and sugar. It could also be part of your breakfast!
INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
6 tbsp. of flour or cake flour
1/2 tsp. of cream of tartar
6 tbsp. of sugar
Butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
*Pre-heat oven for 375°F
*Separate the egg whites and egg yolks
*On a bowl, mix the egg whites until its foamy.
*Add cream of tartar slowly and gradually. Do the same for the sugar, egg yolks and flour. Until the consistency of batter thickens.
*On a baking pan with parchment sheet, slowly spread the batter evenly.
*Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
*Let it cool for 5 minutes.
*Once cooled down, carefully flip the cake (pianono) down onto a parchment sheet or dry towel. This can be done by laying a parchment sheet on top of pianono before flipping. If you're having a hard time, please kindly watch exactly at 7:52 on how I did it.
*Once flipped, spread the butter and sugar.
*Start rolling the cake away from you.
*Dust with sugar and serve warm! Enjoy

Chicken Tocino
Tocino is a sweetened meat based on chicken or pork from Philippines, it is originally marinated and cured for several days before boiling or pan-frying.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breast halves
1/2 cup soy sauce low sodium
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, marinate chicken with sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper, in the refrigerator, covered in transparent film before cooking for 2 hours. Overnight marinate for best results.
Heat a medium-sized frying pan, and pan fry chicken with its marinade.
Flip chicken until its nicely brown and serve.

Stuffed Bell Peppers
Come and join me how to cook stuffed bell peppers! Soften bell peppers with a mixture of rice and beef makes the best dinner idea any night of the week!
INGREDIENTS:
6 bell peppers any colors
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt & Pepper
2 cloves of fresh garlic
1/2 onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions:
*Preheat oven for 350° Farenheit.
*Slice just a little bit of the bottom of the pepper so that the pepper is standing up. Cut off the tops of the peppers and spoon out the ribs and seeds, then rinse.
*Boil for 2 minutes to soften peppers.
*Meanwhile, sauté garlic and onion and brown the beef. add soy sauce, worcestershire, spaghetti sauce and cooked rice. Stir well. Then add parmesan cheese, colby jack cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix and simmer for 2 minutes.
*When peppers are soft, add cheese first, then add beef mixture and cheese on top.
*Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve hot.

Sausage, Egg, Bacon, Cheese Breakfast Muffin
Perfect for your busy morning. Ready in less than 2 minutes.
Ingredients:
7 eggs (12 servings)
12 count Sweet Italian Sausage
1 tsp melted butter
Cheese
Cook Bacon
English Muffins
Instructions:
On a bowl, whisk 7 eggs then add salt, pepper and melted butter. Pour eggs to baking pan rubbed with shortening or cooking spray. Preheat oven for 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 20 minutes. Once done, cut into squares or circles, its up to you. Put aside.
On a medium-high heat pan, cook sausage and bacon. Once cook, put aside.
Rub english muffins with melted butter and bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once you have everything prepared, put them all together, muffin, egg, cheese, sausage and bacon and muffin. wrap them together with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Microwave each muffin for at least 1 minute, and there you go! Breakfast ready in less than 2 minutes! Enjoy!

Easy Breakfast Burritos
Start your day right with this hearty and fully loaded breakfast burrito!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Bacon
1 Green bell pepper or any color
5 eggs
1 lb. Italian Sweet Sausage
Shredded Cheese
Tortilla
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chopped your bacon, green bell pepper into diced. Then, cooked diced bacon and sausage.
Once the sausage is cooked, add our green bell pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside once the liquid is reduced.
Cook our 5 scrambled eggs. Once cooked, turn off heat and add sausage with green bell pepper and bacon.
Then spread our mixed ingredients into a tortilla and add cheese.
Roll up each tortilla tightly to secure filling. Serve immediately, or freeze as directed below.
*You can freeze this breakfast burrito up to 1 month. Wrap each tortilla with a wax paper or foil.
To heat: Remove 1 burrito from wax paper, and wrap in lightly dampened paper towel. Place on microwavable plate; microwave uncovered on High 1 minute or 30 seconds to 2 minutes , turning once, until heated through (at least 165°F).

Filipino PAN DE COCO (Coconut Bread)
One of the favorite snacks of the Philippines, pan de coco is a sweet roll with stuffed coconut filling. Its popularity is only surpass by its richness, with the lightly sweetened coconut meat providing a wealth of nutrients in a delightful package. Best to pair with coffee or tea!
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE YEAST:
-1/2 cup warm water
-2 1/4 tsp. of Active Dried Yeast
-1 tsp. of sugar
FOR THE DOUGH:
-3 cups of all purpose flour (add more flour if dough is too sticky when mixing)
-3/4 cup of sugar
-1 tsp. of salt
-1 beaten egg
-Yeast
-1/2 stick melted butter
-1 cup milk
FOR THE FILLING:
-1 can of coconut milk
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-8 oz desiccated coconut** (I accidentally put milk in the video)
-1/2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
FOR THE EGG WASH
-1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. water
INSTRUCTIONS:
*Make the yeast by adding all the ingredients for the yeast.
*Add all the ingredients for the dough and mix. Let it rise for an hour or more.
*Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Add all the ingredients for the filling over low-heat pan and mix until liquid is absorbed.
*Remove from heat and slightly cool.
*It's time to cut the dough. Follow exactly what I did on the video. If it is too big cut it in half and roll again.
*Flatten each dough and add 1tbsp. of filling.
*Pinch the corners together to fully enclose the filling.
*Arrange the filled dough, pinched side down, on a baking sheet at about 1 inch apart.
*Let the dough pieces rest for about 3-5 minutes before putting in the oven.
*Pre-heat oven for 375°F.
*Brush dough pieces with egg wash and sprinkle some desiccated coconut
*Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
ENJOY WITH COFFEE OR TEA OR ON ITS OWN!

Creamy Mushroom & Chicken Spinach
You'll be eating straight out of pan!
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes
TOTAL: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
3 boneless chicken breast
1 bag of organic spinach
8oz (22g) of organic mushroom
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 chopped onion
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Flour mixture for thickness of the sauce (flour and water mix together)
Kosher Salt and Freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
* In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Season chicken with salt, and pepper and cook until golden and no longer pink, 8 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate/drain.
* Heat remaining tablespoon oil. Add onion and cook until soft, 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1 minute more. Add spinach, in batches, until wilted.
* Pour over heavy cream and chicken broth and simmer 3 minutes. Add Parmesan and stir until melted, then return chicken to skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
* Serve creamed spinach spooned over chicken with rice or bread.

How to Make Perfect Mozzarella Sticks (w/ simple ingredients)
SIMPLE AND SUPER YUMMY SNACK FOR YOU AND YOUR KIDS! 😍😋
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of mozzarella cheese (I only 1/2 pound in this video)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1 cup panko bread crumbs
3 beaten eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice mozzarella cheese into 3/4 inch x 3/4 inch. You can also use mozzarella string cheese and slice it into half. Dip cheese in the eggs and coat it completely (dip cheese in the eggs at least 3 times). Dip cheese in the flour and coat completely (dip cheese in the flour at least 2 times). Lastly, dip cheese in our Panko Bread crumbs.
FOR BEST RESULTS, cover and freeze mozzarella sticks overnight. This is to be done so that the bread crumbs will stick on the cheese.
The next day, heat up 1 cup vegetable to 350F and make sure its hot enough for the sticks to be cook quickly.
Cook each sticks for about a minute and once each side is brown. Take sticks out before the cheese leaks.
Dip with Marinara Sauce!

Juicy Pan-Fried Chicken Thighs with Veggies
If you ever need something easy and quick for dinner or lunch, here's a pan-fried chicken thighs recipe!
Ingredients:
Chicken Bone-in thighs
Olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tsp. lemon peppers
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Brussel Sprouts
Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 onion
FOR THE SIDES:
you can either do Bake potato or Rice
INSTRUCTIONS:
* Pat dry chicken thighs.
* Mixed all seasonings and spread into our chicken. If you need more seasoning you can always add more.
* On a hot skillet or iron cast pan, add olive oil and butter we are going to cook the chicken until golden brown.
* While cooking, cut into 1/2 the Brussel sprouts, tomatoes, and onion. Seasoned with salt & pepper and garlic powder, then mix.
* Once the chicken is golden brown, add it on top of our vegetables, skin facing up.
*Pre-heat oven for 400°F
* Bake chicken and vegetables for 30 mins. to 60 minutes. (Keep an eye on your chicken). Cook chicken should always be 165°F
* Serve with baked potato or rice!

Dalgona Coffee in 5 MINUTES! (Whipped Coffee)
Dalgona is a cold latte drink with sweet coffee foam topping! It is very easy to make and it will surely take your breath away if you are a coffee lover just like me.
Ingredients:
4 tsp. Instant Coffee
5 tsp. sugar
6 tsp. of boiling water (more if needed)
Almond milk.

INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil
1 tbsp. Chicken powder (optional)
4 cups of chicken broth
1 lb. Chicken breast (chopped and cooked)
1 chopped cabbage
1 large carrot
1 onion minced
1.25* lb. liver
2 cups of macaroni pasta
Boiled eggs
2 cups of milk
Spring onions (garnish)
Garlic minced
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
*In a pan, add olive oil and sautee garlic, onion, chicken, and liver and add salt and pepper
*Add 4 cups of chicken broth and let it boil until pasta is tender/cook.
*Then add carrots and milk.
*salt and pepper to taste.
*You can add Chicken powder for more chicken flavor.
*Let it cook for a couple minutes until the carrot is tender
*Once carrot is tender, add cabbage.
*Simmer until the cabbage is tender.
*Serve warm! ENJOY
