" Abraham jumps right in to explain, that our disappointment merely means, that we are off track with regarding the subject or subjects that we are contemplating. In order words we are taking score too soon, of what is manifesting. There a reason for the saying " it's not destination it's the journey " that people quote all the time. But what does it mean for us on our journey to more clarity and alignment? It means that we have to fall in love with the journey, take pleasure in everyday moments. Not just when we get good manifestations, but when we eat breakfast, take showers, brush our teeth, drive to work, drive home etc..... Why liz is this important? Well because the more we fall in love with our journey, the more airtime we give to our precious vibrational airtime in our favor. In other words we are increasing our positive vibrational momentum in our favor. Which means, we will get more of what we want but there also the positive momentum that tips the fulcrum for us in our favor. The less we take score in a negative way toward ourselves, the easier it is to come into vibrational alignment. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater who has a question " she's distracted from her writing." Abraham jumps right in to explain that what she perceives as a distraction could be looked at in more beneficial way. With a perspective of my life experience is giving me writing material, not distracting me from my writing. For example let's say you have a busy schedule much like our loved hot seater, and you have work obligations, family responsibilities, etc..... Okay We can say like our loved hot seater " I'm distracted from writing " or what if we were vibrational in alignment in the moment, and we said you know what my life is life giving, and I get a-lot of material from my very life to write about. So the issues or dilemmas I am facing, could help me in my writing personally, but what if it could also help my reader. What if threw my light in my life, I could help someone else see there life perspective threw different lens? I know I will write the minute I can. I know there will come a moment when I will be able to write, as I choose to write and for now I will keep a mental or literal notepad with different ideas I could use once I do start writing. Hey I may even breeze threw it, because I will be inspired when I do write, and I won't have the proverbial " writer block " nope not me it will pour out of me with effortless ease. BAMM! you just sustain your vibrational stance, and I would say you elevated your vibration. Why? Because you didn't get caught up in the " self inflicted condemnation " of not following threw in regularly schedule program. Instead you were nice to yourself, and vibrationally rational in the sense that right this " red hot minute" is not the time to write, but there will come a good time to write, and you will be ready. " Abraham jumps right in to explain, that when we decide something it should be for the benefit first and foremost to feel good, and then to affect an outcome.[ which happens regardless] It's better to approach a subject in terms, of what would make me feel better? For example let's say Jackie has a deadline at work she could be stressed, and tired and even complaining about the impossible deadline and say things such as " they put the deadline, they don't know what's it's like, easy for them to set a deadline." All those statement could be accurate but the question is does it help Jackie vibrationally? No....of course not! Now let's take a different approach. let's say Jackie is given the deadline, but she decides to see it from a different perspective and says statements such as " you know what this sounds interesting, I have never felt such a rush of adrenaline in my work, I always do say I shine in a crisis " even though nothing as changed, Jackie employer has not changed the "deadline date " or assigned her a different task. Jackie feels different, and because she feels different her approach is different. What do you think the later statement will accomplish in this silly example for Jackie? Well for one, she feels good. " Abraham jumps right in to explain to hot seater that she was in a good vibrational stance in order to have the experience she had. We in our society have this paradigm that says " we can't be happy until have X,Y,Z. " And in terms of vibrational demonstration that paradigm is completely the opposite way of demonstrating vibrational manifesting. Why you ask ? Simply the universe does not operate like that. The universe wants us to feel it first, and then it will manifest. Remember this is a frequency based universe. We must match up the frequency we want in order to manifest what we want.Our mother operated in a distorted fashion not always, but enough for us to learn. For example, when we went to the store with her as children, we cried until we got the toy we wanted, and bamm there was a vibrational stance created around how things come to us. But that is a distortion. Now in our later years, we learn other programing and other distortions to go along with the ones we already knew like " we need to work hard in order to get ahead. " etc.....So you see we need to go within so that we can really know who we are, and how blessed we are. While we practice more and more our receptive mode we will shed these old ways of thinking, and more importantly we shed these old feelings that don't serve us. A very personal knowledge of who and what we are is at the bases of our vibrational stance. Then followed, by a sincere, knowing of our worthiness, and desirability come together for us to open the pathways into more inspired living, and thinking. " Abraham jumps right in to explain that step 3 is the main event for us in physical reality. But with all that said and done, we must focus on the feeling in order for that step 3 to come along into our experience. We must fall in love with the journey if we are ever to go from " Phoenix to San Diego " as Abraham likes to use that example to illustrate it to us. We might encounter detours, road closures and some delays but we will get there. We don't lose hope and say San Diego is impossible feat.Because we know that's silly. In our analogy we know it's not true. And so the same with our manifestations. The more airtime we give to how we want to feel, and the more in alignment we are with our vortex, the easier it gets. Mediation is delicious for us while we are on the journey, and not just on the journey but forever lining up, is delicious for us.The easiest thing one can do is give up, the hardest thing one can do is stay on course. But remind yourself feeling good is not hard, it's not work, it's a joy and blessing to be able to feel good. " Abraham jumps right in to explain that the universe is ripe and ready to surprise and delight us! The ingredients need one being to know what you want. Then it is up to lining up with what you want. I will say scripting is a very powerful tool in your " toolbox of tips & tricks " of law of attraction. Lining up with what you want how Liz ? Well it's sometimes easier said than done. But for example, Jennifer wants a new car ? So she starts out with the thought I can't afford a new car. Does that statement feel good or bad ? I can answer that it feels bad! Why? Because you are going against your desire. Okay, but what if she says, you know what I really like that car, it's doesn't have to come today. I can enjoy the beauty of the car, the precision of the craftsmanship, the beautiful artisan that created the car. Bamm... that feels way better.Compound the feeling with scripting and you have an excellent recipe. But wait you don't stop there, you get into your journal just as the hot seater did, and you start your fanciful story about how the car, comes into your experience, and you start creating elaborate stories, [ all in your mind or on paper ]of how you enjoyed the car. You feel fantastic but you haven't looked at car prices, checked with your accountant , or checked availability of cars in your area. You have not secured financing. You in your physical now have not done the protocol of how to get a car. You've just enjoyed the pleasure of the car. And that is what we all need, the pleasure of the experience so vivid that we can smell the leather, smell the new car scent. Astrology has such has great guidelines but that is true for the one that beliefs that they are just that guidelines. Expecting something to go well, always work in your favor. But of course that is "if " you really believe? Welcome to another recording! This audio segment was recorded on 1/17/16, in San Diego, CA. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question " no overwhelm in the receptive mode." Abraham jumps right in to explain to hot seater that when you are experiencing the receptive mode in real time you are not overwhelmed. If you are experiencing overwhelming feelings in a moment you are not in alignment with your broader perspective. For example let's for the sake of this example I will use a friend, her name is Sally. Sally wakes up early, mediates, has a good breakfast and heads to work in the city. While at work she feels good. but just before midday she get a call, and is advised that a project that she is working on the deadline is being pushed to next week, versus in 2 weeks as originally planned , because of budget cuts that were announced and were completely unexpected. Sally in a moment feels overwhelmed, to bring the project up to speed to the new fast paced change that they are requiring of her. And so she panics and decides to skip lunch to figure out a plan. She calls her assistant into her office who skips lunch as well, and they both opt in for coffee break instead. They both create a plan, that is workable, but not great to bring things up to speed, but decides that is what will work for now. Sally goes home, she is cranky, eats dinner, and goes to sleep in that vibration. Now in this scenario Sally is actively in the panic mode, with overwhelming feelings with her tasks at work. Now if Sally at this point once she's alone and realize what she is doing with her vibration she re-directs herself, she is going to take hot bath, & mediate and wake up a little earlier than usual to mediate and journal a bit. She wakes up on the high flying disc because of her mediation the night before, next she mediates has breakfast and journals. While journaling she is inspired to a thought " what if everything works out for me ?" What if as a result of this "crisis" I am promoted because of my sharp handling of this deadline crisis? She realizes that she needs to have her lunch, decides today I will have my lunch and so will my assistant. Sally heads to work, calls in a meeting with her assistant, and re-devises a better idea for her plan and tells her assistant she needs the best of her and she wants her to take her lunch today as she will also be taking a lunch because they both need to be on the ball with sharp clarity during this crisis. During the late afternoon, her boss calls Sally into his office and gives her great news that he will be adding 2 more assistants under her command so that she can fulfill the "crisis deadline starting tomorrow morning." Sally ends her day, feeling empowered, enthusiastic, and excited about her new endeavor. The way she turned what could have been a downward spiral into a fast moving upward spiral has done wonders for her vibration. Now Sally has learned, to react to the fast pace of vibrational shifts, and that can only help her not just with her career but with all other subject as well, because they are the same principles. Remember frequency is everything. We must take care of our precious airtime, and be wise of how we are broadcasting. " Abraham explains, that we are the source that we are trying to get back to. There is no separation only the one that we engage in, when we are not in alignment. The more we come into alignment by making feeling good a priority in our daily lives the easier it will be to have those real time realizations of who we really are. We get glimpses every now and then when we are in the vortex. So you ask how can I know that I am source energy? Well that's good question. First you have to want to feel good. Next you curate as best as you can your precious airtime every day. Remember " Law of Attraction " is never turned off. So it is wise to line up with the energy, by flooding it with positive emotions, or positive mood. This is something that you are inspired to do not motivated to do. Remember alignment and source energy cannot be fooled or conned. So if you think you are fooling the universe you are only fooling yourself. An honest perspective of how you feel, should always be measured by you in the moment. Once you are inspired by source energy, then countless ideas will come to you. I would say the easiest path to alignment is mediation. learning to do breath work will also aid you in journey to alignment. With all that said and done. Welcome to another recording! This audio segment was recorded in 2015 aboard the Caribbean Cruise. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question " out of the vortex into the bank. " Abraham jumps right to explain to hot seater, as well as the audience at large, that in order to get anything out of the vortex we must first seek alignment with what we want. In other words there must be a " vibrational match. " But how do we get that vibrational match? Well in the case of money we cannot have a belief that we are poor and expect thousands of dollars it just won't happen. So we must align ourselves with what we want, and tip the fulcrum into the positive frequency so that we become a match. For example, let take something easy. I want to go to the fair, but I don't have any extra money to do that. I have paid, my rent, paid all my bills, and all my financial obligations have been paid. Okay... this can go two ways, because remember every subject is two subjects, [ wanted and the lack of wanted ] so you say dam I am so unlucky I never get to do fun things, I am always on the wheel of work life, and I just have enough to get by. What did we do? Did we move to a positive beneficial way? No! We we did the opposite. But you say liz that's the truth! And I say to you AHA! That's the problem, your looking at your problem and tackling it head on, and that won't help you or aide you in your vibrational journey. So what do you do ? Well what if you decided from the beginning of this very interesting example, to look at things positively. So you make a statement to yourself[ that you feel good about of course like this one] you know what I am very lucky! I have great employment! I have great benefits, and I am so fortunate that I get to pay all my bills on time without any issues. I can always go to the fair next time there in town, it's no big deal. Now did something miraculous happen? No! But what did happen is you shifted vibrationally, and you focused on what is working! Guess what the universe still knows that you would like to go to the fair, and so since your not worried or upset about it, the universe will open the door for you to go. You'll get a call from a friend who wants you to hang with you and she'll probably end up paying for your ticket and what not. Now you still did not solve the problem of extra money you want but you shifted your vibration and in our little example our friend paid for you to go. Welcome to another recording! This audio segment was recorded aboard the Caribbean Cruise in 2015. In this segment Abraham Chooses a hot seater with a question " Cancer prompted some changes. " Abraham explains, that when we face contrasting experiences such as cancer we often times are able to prioritize what is truly important. We all allow more of our vibrational understanding to flow in a much unrestricted way. Although we don't have to go threw such an extreme experience to allow ourselves that assistance but we seem to rise to the occasion with grace.Now we can rise to that occasion without that menacing contrast, by mediating everyday for at least 15 minutes, and we can journal our way into better feeling vibrations, and we can find thoughts that feed our vibrational ascension toward more of what feels good. We are no help to ourselves when we are in a step 1. But step 1 is part of the plan at times, we just don't need to stay there. When we are off vibrationally we are negative, we disconnect from our true power. And so the name of the game is relief.But relief from what the contrast, negative emotions, the world at large? Yes to all that! But relief from ourselves in that contrasting moment. It is also the cellular expression of vibration when we feel it in our bodies. When we mediate, we leave our idea of our bodies behind for a non-body experience, so that we can get beyond the body for the releasing of this time, space, reality in that focused moment, that shows us that we are more than this physical body, and we will always be more than this physical body, but we don't always know that. So when we realize that our thinking is directly responsible for our emotions we take stock of our thoughts, and decide that we want to curate our thought in a better way. A better idea, of thinking would be to take care of how we feel, because from there, we can curate our emotions in a better way.But you ask how do I do that Liz? Abraham explains, to hot seater that we are not " destined " to have certain tendencies because of our physical or vibrational ancestors. We hook up to those tendencies and live them out which is not in our favor if we assume and make them true for ourselves. But we if we decide we want to live something else we can. It's all up to us. For example let's say that you had a father who liked to drink a little more than he should, when you were growing up. Well you could say and mean well I am just like my father and I like drinking a little more than should. But here's the kicker, you have come into new knowledge and understanding. You decide "you know what I want something different." I am going to change this tune I am listening too. Okay the minute you decide, you will be faced with a challenge someone will call you or text you to see if you want to hang out and say we're all hanging out at our favorite bar come with us. You decide you know what thanks, I am going to take a pass. You don't drink for a solid 3 days.Guess what your body gets accustomed to what you set it too. After the initial haze you realize your thinking better, your sleeping better and you somehow feel different. Add to that daily mediation, and a new focus. Now I know what you going to say, your story is great Liz, but I live in the real world, I drink not because I want to, I just do it and I have very real world problems that drinking helps take the edge off of. To that I say I understand, because as Abraham says it, "drinking or any other form of substance humans ingest is simply to feel better " sort of an escape from the moment of reality. But what if you could exchange your negative feeling to a positive feeling with mediation versus the drinking ? Would it be nice to find out if you could do that? Now if you ready this advice is for you. " In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question " was there a nightmare in her vibration ? " Abraham jumps in to explain that the way we go to sleep in the vortex is the same way we get up. So if your angry and you fall asleep in that way, you will wake up angry in the same way . Now as far as once we go into our un-conscious state, if we have a troubling thought all day long, and we don't catch it during our wake state, we take that into our dreamscape. Why? Well simply put we are being informed, notified of what our current vibrational stance is, especially if it is a recurring dream. So let's say I have a belief work is to tiresome for me, and that is a belief I carry all day long, and I don't catch it. Now I am going to sleep, I am taking that vibration into my sleep state and it will manifest. Remember we allow our manifestation more reign when we are in our sleep state. But what if I catch that vibration during the start, and I say " I love my work, I could do it all day, my work fills me with new energy !" I have energy non-stop for all things I love to do, and work is one of those things. Bamm... I changed the vibration, then I go to my sleep state, and guess what I take that vibration with me. If I really did change it I will manifest it in my dreams. That's how our sleep state works. Now let's give a little more clarity you won't experience a shift in your vibrational stance doing that once. But if you turn that vibrational experiment into a routine you will shift it. Why? Because you have formed a vibrational belief around it. Just as you came up with the first vibration, so will you now form a new belief around the new one. The good news is, now that we have this information, we can use it to our benefit. For most of us in my opinion we know what that means, but there are times when we forget or get a foggy vibrational response to our manifestations.
