Episode 261: Is God fair to cast the sinner into the lake of fire? Part 1
Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we conclude Item 7 Born from Above in our series What is the New Birth.
Today we ask and answer a very interesting question. Is God fair to cast the sinner into the lake of fire?
What say you? Is it fair? Why would a God of love do what seems to us, such a horrible thing?
If it is true that God will cast certain people into a lake of fire then why?
We will answer the questions above based upon our knowledge and perception of God. Do we have the proper knowledge of who God truly is? Is it based solely on what the Scriptures declare or did we form this knowledge based upon what we were taught and our own thoughts and experiences.
If our respective knowledge and understanding of who God is not based solely on what the Scriptures declare then our answers to those serious questions above will be unbiblical therefore incorrect.
Let's make certain that we have a biblical view of the Sovereign LORD God prior to stating who He is and what He is like.
Today's study is 1 hour and 12 minutes in duration. I have broken it into two segments. This is segment 1 of 2 titled "Is God fair to cast the sinner into the lake of fire? Part 1"

Episode 260: Is it possible for an unbeliever to believe in God? Part 2
Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we continue our series on Born from Above. Today we concentrate on the unbelieving sinner's ability to believe in and receive Christ as Savior and Lord.
Is that possible according to the scriptures? This is where most people go off the track by believing things that the Bible does not teach. As a matter of biblical fact, when the scriptures teaches just the opposite of what they believe, these people actually get upset with you as if you wrote the book.
Nevertheless, we must adhere to sound doctrine, believing only what the scriptures teach. We our beliefs are directly challenged by scriptures then the believer is obligated to believe the scriptures and not what they think, know, or been previously taught. The scriptures are God's word not what we believe about the scriptures.
Today's study is 1 hour and 18 minutes in duration. I have broken it into two segments. This is segment 2 of 2 titled "Is it possible for an unbeliever to believe in God?"

Episode 257: The Water of God's Word is the living way
Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we continue with our series on the New Birth, Born from Above. Today's study will show the transition from the newly created human spirit to the modification of the Believer's behavior in the body.
This transition is the natural progression of the Born Again experience. Salvation through the regeneration of the Holy Spirit, the forgiveness of sins through the blood of Christ, and a renewed godlike manner of thinking called the living way empowered by the Holy Spirit.
What the new birth and the living way does not do is take away the natural consequences of sin which produces death. First the curse on all creation due to Satan's and Adam's sins. Second the curse of futility which literally means decay or the progression of dying. Third the consequences of the corporate and individual sins which everyone sow and reap.
From these things, there is no escape.
Today's Bible study is 1 hour and 13 minutes in duration. I have broken it down into three segments. This is segment 1 of 3 titled "Why do Believer's get sick?"

Episode 258: The Biblical meaning of not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together
We have been told for years that the Bible teach that believers should not forsake assembling together at church. Is that what God was talking about through the writer of Hebrews in chapter 10?
Hebrews 10:25
not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
What Day? Do you know?
No, that is not the context of the writing. While we should attend the assembly of believers for our respective edification through corporate worship, prayer, Bible study, and fellowship, we should not take God's word out of its context to express a desire outcome.

Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we continue with our series on the New Birth, being Born Again. We are in segment 7 - Born from Above part 4.
Today we look at the sinner from the Old Testament in two views. First, the sin offering and the cleansing with running water. This is explained in the New Testament in the book of Hebrews.
Second, the Leper and how God declares the Leper is clean from his leprosy. What if all the symptoms and external appearances of leprosy is gone? Is the Leper clean in the eyes of God?
To give some background, the Leper is the sinner. The leprosy is the sinner's acts of sins. The question then becomes what if the sinner stop sinning completely, is the sinner now clean in the eyes of God? Is that what the scriptures teach. This too is explained in the book of Hebrews.

Episode 251: Born from Above_The washing of regeneration by the Holy Spirit
Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we continue with our theme "Born from Above". This is a requirement to get into heaven.
According to the scriptures being born from above is an metamorphosis performed solely by the Holy Spirit. The scriptures calls it a regeneration. That means the killing and annihilation of the old human spirit and the creation of a new human spirit with a new nature.
Jesus called this process passing "from death to life". What then does God use to bring about this regeneration? Listen carefully to the apostle Paul.
Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it (the gospel of Christ) is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
Then what about those who have never heard the gospel? What will happen to them?
The scriptures provide the answer to those questions. God is not hiding from questions from men although He is not obligated to provide an answer nor is He answerable any of the creatures He created.
Romans 9:16-21
You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?” But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?” Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?
