Rumble Friend (An Original Song)
As Americans we all like something to argue over or get excited about. I wrote Rumble Friend for all the people that go on platforms such as Rumble to voice our opinions and reach a wider audience. I also included the rumble page and photos from my channel CCBTurns Red and video clips for many of my videos including a little fighting scene with the two Rumbling guys.
Lyrics:
Rumble Friend
Chorus
Rumble friend,
Please don't ask me how I am.
Rumble friend,
Let's just rumble 'till the end.
'Cause I'm about to lose my mind,
And it's getting hard to find
People who still listen
And still want to be your friend.
Verse 1
Well what happened to reason?
Did we leave it at the door?
Just spread more lies and hatred
'Til we don't feel it anymore.
They say they can't protect us,
But they can start another war.
They laugh at us and mock us
Like we don't matter anymore.
Verse 2
Well we come from different places,
But somehow we both see...
The folks that represent us
Don't think like you an me.
They may have sons and daughters,
But they don't go to our schools.
They dine at the French Laundry
And they think of us as fools.
Verse 3
Well stay focused on the football
So you'll forget what's going on
While celebrities and athletes
Argue about the halftime song.
You're taunted by a tweet
By a red eyed old man
Who wants to take your guns away
For the shooting of some fans.
I hope you enjoy this song.

Don't Drink The Water An Original Song By Dennis Hartman
I am not going to say too much about this song, instead I will let it speak for itself.
Lyrics to Don't Drink The Water:
Chorus
There’s one thing
That you should know…
It’s cloudy
Every time you go.
San Francisco’s cool
And a lot less hotter
But if you go there,
Don’t drink the water.
Verse 1
You can go
And walk the streets,
Until there’s blisters
On your feet.
Waiting for the bus,
Can you find a seat?
You can breathe the smog,
But don’t step in the sheet.
Verse 2
Sidewalks with trash.
Feces and flies;
Discarded needles,
People barely alive.
Laying in gutters,
Staring up at the sky.
Does anyone care?
Or do they even ask “why?”
Verse 3
I don’t know
If this makes sense,
But don’t give up
On your last defense;
Courts find you guilty,
When you’re innocent…
When they take your freedom,
You’ll wonder where it went.
Verse 4
You can be a mother
With a kid,
But there’s some things
You don’t play with.
You can have a son
That comes back as a daughter…
So if you go to San Francisco I say,
“Don’t drink the water.”
I hope you enjoy this song.

Conversations An Original Song By Coyote Creek Blues
I wrote Conversations about a conversation between a business man (the working man) and a homeless man.
The song explores the contrasts between the hungry homeless man who panhandles on the corner for spare change and the business man who just wants to give his money away to an organized charity or church so that his money will not be spent on booze.

Lyrics:
Verse 1
No time, no time
Said the working man (business man)
As he pointed to the watch
On his wrist.
Can you spare little change
The panhandler's voice said,
Outstretched hand,
Curled into a fist.
Verse 2
I wouldn't give my money
To someone like you,
'Cause you look
Young enough to work.
If I could do that
I wouldn't stand here
Beggin like I do,
A victim of misfortune and hurt.
Verse 3
I should give my money
To an organized charity,
So I can write it off
at taxtime,
But it's so cold here
With nothing to eat,
And I think
I'm loosing my mind.
Verse 4
If I give you money
You'd spend it on booze
And you'd be no better off
Than before,
What difference does it make
How it's spent or if I'm better off?
And since when did anyone
Care about the poor?
Verse 5
They should do something
About people like you
Begging on the corner
Of the street.
Mr. we don't have
Nowhere else to go
Unless they give us shelter
And put shoes on our feet.
Verse 6
I should give my money
Straight to the church,
So they can buy you
Shelter and clothes.
Mr. Why not give your money
Straight to the source,
Then at least you'll know
Where your money goes.
Repeat Verse 1
I hope you enjoy this song.

I'm Gonna Rise Original Song Solo Acoustic Performance
This is an acoustic performance of my original song I'm Gonna Rise. It was performed on Zoom, and then I edited to bring out the sound more on the video.

Lyrics
I'm Gonna Rise:
Verse 1
Stiffness in my joints
And an aching in my legs;
I’m a victim of design,
A design whose name is age.
If could turn back the time,
Or at least turn back a page,
Then I wouldn’t lie here wondering
What makes a soul so full of rage?
(Chorus)
I’m gonna stand,
I’m gonna rise,
I’m gonna wipe the sweat
Back from my eyes.
I’m gonna reach
Out my hand,
I’ve gotta grab for something…
Any thing I can.
Verse 2
I get up every day,
Even when my body hurts;
‘Cause I’ve got little mouths to feed,
I’ve gotta fill my place at work.
And when I’m covered up in dust,
I can shower off the dirt,
But when my trucks stuck in a jam
I’m cursing every jerk.
Verse 3
Don’t believe the things you hear,
‘Cause the news is full of lies;
And when they tell us don’t believe,
I see the end is drawing nigh.
So darling cut out those coupons,
We’re gonna stock our shelves up high,
We’ll be in our cellar drinking wine
When the bombs burst in the sky.

Ms Wesley An Original Song By Dennis Hartman Coyote Creek Blues
Ms Wesley is a song I wrote about a real life encounter I had with a homeless woman.
I bought her a meal and she told me an incredible story about how she was once lived in a mansion with a rich husband and servants and then later became homeless.
I never forgot her story and years later I wrote it into a song.
Lyrics
Pleased to meet you, my name is Ms. Wesley,
And my home is here on the street.
I once had a rich husband,
And had servants that would wait at my feet.
These days I live by the kindness of others;
A shopping cart and second hand clothes.
If you could spare food or a dollar...
Then maybe you can still save a soul.
Verse 2
I wish I had someone to love me,
Like he loved me once in the past...
And if memories have any value,
Then my mind gives me pictures to last.
My skin feels hard just like leather,
My hands tremble with nothing to hold.
A hole in my sweater elbow
And my lips peel and crack from the cold.
Bridge
It gets cold sleeping on a park bench,
In the winter it's frosty outside,
I walk till my poor feet have blisters,
City buses won't give me a ride.
Looking in trash cans for treasure,
Poking through half eaten food...
Discarded like an old paper wrapper
Life can lead you in paths you can't choose.
Verse 3
Some woman have husbands or children,
They can smile when the world treats them bad.
I'm a woman who stands before you with nothing,
Since dreams are all that I have.
And when sit down at a resturaunt
At a table with so much food to eat,
And you see me pass by the window
Give a thought to folks starving on the street.
I hope you will enjoy this video and please like and subscribe so that I can grow this channel and my audience.

Common Man Acoustic Version An Original Song by Coyote Creek Blues
This song is a tribute to the men and woman, the independent thinkers and the true rebels who helped build this country.
They are the people the politicians and the big corporations want to hawk their products to...
They are the people who won't sell out and won;t be sold.
They Common Man who make up the diverse fabric of this country and make it great.
Lyrics
Common Man:
Verse 1
We built your prisons and we
Built your factories too;
We’re the first to be forgotten when you’ve
Moved to something new.
You judge us in your courtrooms
Built to represent the land;
You spit on us from your towers
Casting shadows on a man.
Rachel’s crying for her children…
Sharon gave milk to a hungry man…
You wouldn’t give us a pot to piss in;
Or a leg to stand.
Tell me what you will have to offer
When we unite and make demands?
Cause we’re more than unions
And we’re more than plowshares;
You can’t stop us
We’re the common man.
Verse 2
We’re a voice the other side of Wall Street…
A third party rising to make demands;
Take back a government for the people and
Deliver it to the people’s hands.
We won’t be slaves in your sweatshops…
‘Cause we believe in a life that’s free;
But we’re the fabric that wove this country,
A snake that says “Don’t tread on me.”
And we aren’t buying what you’re selling…
You’ve sold us out to a foreign land;
We’ll take it back to the beginning,
A country shaped by American hands.
Cardboard signs by the freeway…
We’ll work for food or work to get things done;
Don’t be oppressed beat down the oppressor…
You can’t stop us
We’re the common man.
Outro
We built your prisons and we
Built your factories too;
We’re the first to be forgotten when you’ve
Moved to something new.

Ms Wesley An Original Song
Ms Wesley is a video I recorded on December 20, 2019. It is a true song about a homeless woman I met several years ago.
I was hanging out with a friend at a fast food restaurant when an older woman came up to us. We bought her a meal and she told us the story of how she became homeless.
The woman said she once had a rich husband and used to live in a mansion with servants that would wait at her feet. But as luck would have it, her husband died and she became destitute and poor and was forced to live on the street.
It was such an amazing story that I remembered it several years later and documented it in a song. I may have changed the woman's name to protect her identity.
What you have here is a type of mini story about one person's life. Some of it is real and some of it is imagined, but hopefully parts of the woman's original story still shine through.
Next time you see a homeless person and attempt to pass by them think of this song. You could make a difference to their life and to your life by helping them.
Matthew 5:42 says, "Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away." King James Version (KJV)

Control (It's All About The Control) An Original Song
The issue of government control has is a topic of concern for most Americans.
Everyday we turn on the news and see free speech being censored and individual liberties being gradually eroded by cancel culture.
It almost seems as if we are living under two different sets of rules: one that favors the politically elite and a second set of rules that applies to the average American.
I wrote this song in response to these issues.

Lyrics
Control
Verse 1
Why do they need cameras
On every street light pole?
Do they think that we guidance,
We’re under this system controlled,
Chorus
Control,
Control.
It’s all about the control,
And if they can make you do more things
They can finally have
You controlled.
Verse 2
Why should we be censored,
For having a thought they don’t like?
Did you know your searches are guided?
While the mainstream news tells you lies.
Verse 3
Prepare for more rolling blackouts,
While fires rage through your state,
The governor’s winery stays open,
He says wearing masks is our fate.
Verse 4
They’ve closed all the libraries,
Schools are closed everywhere,
We cant even go to a barber,
While Madam Speaker blows out her hair.
Verse 5
Why can’t I eat in a restaurant?
I can only do drive-thru by car,
We can’t even go to a ball game
Or have a drink at the bar.

Kristina's Story - Song For Kristina Karamo Volunteer Poll Worker/Whistle Blower An Original Song
I read a news article about a volunteer poll worker/whistle blower named Kristina Karamo.
Kristina was a GOP member who worked at the polls in Michigan.
Kristina told a story of what she witnessed and how she was treated by her fellow poll workers on the night of the election.
Her story saddened me, as it should for anyone who still believes in democracy and freedom of uncensored speech, and compelled me to write this song.
Kristina's story is a tragedy that needs to be told and passed along to others.
Lyrics:
Kristina's Story - Song For Kristina Karamo Volunteer Poll Worker/Whistle Blower
Verse 1
I’m a volunteer worker,
I worked at the polls.
To take part in election,
Was my only goal.
They threatened my children,
And then threatened me,
They Couldn’t stand that I worked
With the GOP.
Chorus
How did it get like this?
I don’t really see,
Can somebody tell me
Where’s the Democracy?
Verse 2
I believe in fair elections,
I did support Trump,
I’ll tell you that I witnessed
A 3:30 ballot dump.
Mainstream media ignored it,
No one listed to me.
They refused to hire
Challengers from the GOP.
Bridge
I saw some ballots spoiled,
But none were cast off;
The poll workers surrounded
like a mean pack of dogs.
They said that one should go
To the Democrat.
Their eyes looked like demons
From the place where I sat.
Verse 3
I wanted to be a poll worker,
No Republicans applied,
That’s what the clerk told me;
I think the clerk lied.
I’m here to report it,
I’ve contacted the news.
While they replace a true story
With the lies that they choose.
I hope you enjoy this song.
