During the flight with Ryanair, I looked out the window and saw the Alps and thought of filming them because they are wonderful. They were covered with snow, they were white and shining in the sun. I filmed the whole take-off from Bucharest airport because I like to travel by plane and especially the take-off part. I filmed the running of the aircraft on the runway to the starting position. All this waiting for the moment of take-off, all the tension and adrenaline is felt in this video. I wanted to share with you this wonderful feeling that we experience when the plane takes off. Waiting for the moment to start, the plane running on the runway, the speed with which it moves higher and higher and finally the long-awaited moment: detachment from the runway, the moment when you sink into the seat and squeeze its handles until your fingers hurt, your ears are clogged, you feel a void in your stomach and you see how the earth is left behind, houses, cars and streets are getting smaller and smaller and you are up, up, up and surrounded only by clouds and peace. During the flight with Ryanair, I wanted to see the view from the plane window. I looked outside but saw only clouds. I had the impression that the plane was stopped, not moving. The flight was smooth and nothing was felt. All that could be seen was the clouds forming a fluffy sea. Time seemed to stand still. It looked like the plane had stopped for a break. Did you know that…On 20.02.2022, an aircraft flying on the route Milan (Malpensa) - Otopeni, announced, shortly before landing, a possible fire on board, so an emergency landing was made, with 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. The landing was made safely at 15:28, the intervention device consisting of firefighters and medical crews being prepared to intervene according to the specific procedures for such situations. The aircraft was parked in an isolated position and the 151 passengers on board the aircraft were disembarked safely. Air traffic at Henri Coanda Bucharest International Airport was not disrupted. Below is the conversation between the pilot and the control tower: Pilot: Mayday! Mayday! Mayday! We have a fire alarm. Control tower: Received. Firefighters are on their way. Control tower: Do you want to evacuate passengers? Pilot: Wait. Pilot: I need to talk to the fire department. Control tower: Firefighters are on their way. Pilot: Frequency for firefighters, please! Control Tower: Let me know! Pilot: Thank you! I just need to know if the firefighters see smoke or fire coming from the engine or wheel area. Control tower: We're asking now. Pilot: Okay, so I don't see any smoke on the plane. Can they look back, please? Control tower: Yes, they will look around the plane. Pilot: If I don't see smoke or fire, we're happy to go to the gate. Authorities said the alarm was false and that passengers were disembarked safely. I was one of the 151 passengers and I can confirm that I did not see any fire. I filmed the landing which was quite sudden and with heavy braking. Did you know that lizards fight like all other animals? To tell the truth, I did not understand what lizards actually do in my yard, on a sunny spring day. I don't know if it's a fight for territory, or maybe for a partner, or maybe it's just a violent mating ritual. That's why if someone knows what's going on and why they're behaving like that, I'd like an explanation. I shot this video from the plane. I was amazed by the beauty of the white, fluffy clouds that formed a soft mattress on which our plane rested. It seemed to me an enchanting, fairytale image. The plane didn't seem to move, time seemed to stop, and we were floating on a fluffy, white sea. I can't describe the wonderful feeling I experienced but it was like a feeling of peace, calm and freedom. A very beautiful image that you can only see if you fly above the clouds.
