What it looks like to cut up a super rotten tree
Limbken Tree Services was over to get rid of this super-rotten old tree growing near the sheds and powerlines. It was even rottener than I imagined.
Wyoming people that need tree work done -- Limbken comes very highly recommended!

Tool Transformation - A Late 1800s or early 1900s bubble level
I found this neat old level in the shed in our back yard. According to county records, our house was built in 1919, and I kind of wonder if the level was used to build our house. I thought it would be fun to do a quick refurb on it.
It's a Stanley Rule and Level Company level with patents from 1863 and 1872
After the video, I noticed that the horizontal glass was still leaking a bit because the epoxy didn't cover the top completely. So I took it back apart, filled it, and plugged it with candle wax before adding a bit of additional epoxy

Cold start, Walkaround, and quick drive in my survivor '47 Willys CJ-2A
Just a quick little cruise in my 1947 Willys CJ-2a. This was my high school car -- bought in late summer 1998.
So I've had it now for just over 23 years. One thing I failed to mention that we have done with it is convert it to a 12v electrical system, which is why the starter goes TWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWA instead of gawump gawump gawump.
Real jeeps leak, squeak, stink, have flat fenders and kilt fiddy men in the war. www.zachswy.com

Fixing an old 1960s Delta Rockwell table saw with some very cute little helpers.
The fence clamp thingie broke on my old table saw, and I use my table saw, so I needed to find a way to fix it. Using an inexpensive chunk of bar stock and some basic tools had ol' reliable back up and running. But the best part of the video is the last half when my 3 and 4 year old come hang with Daddy and explore the magical world of tools.

Adventuring in Wyoming's High Desert
This is a trip I took from the Gas Hills uranium district through the Continental Divide Basin of Wyoming. The trip started with a church youth campout. After they returned home, I took advantage of being out and about in my 4x4 and went exploring. More pictures on my blog post at http://www.zachswy.com/2021/05/05/wyoming-high-desert-adventure/
The road I couldn't remember is BLM road 3216 -- Cyclone Draw
