It’s tough when you get hang over the day before the ride, but feel fine at the second half ride. Maybe because the body was dehydrated and low body sugar. A proper bike fit will improve the comfort on the bike, reduce repetitive stress injuries, eliminate back, knee, neck and wrist pain. Most important is reduce numbness in hands and fingers as well as reduce saddle discomfort and genital numbness.
