The Rebirth of Liberalism - An Essay by Benjamin Forney
It's in the title haha.
The latest essay by Mr. Forney to grace Eclectic ChitChat, read in the dulcet tones that is my voice. ;)
Hopefully another roundtable topic!

Chill Chit Chat with Mr. Chapman
Howdy all!
Happy 2023!
Our start of Eclectic ChitChat Season 4 is a laid back conversation with a friend of mine. We get to know Joshua Chapman a little bit! He's a fellow crypto hound and admitted "outsider" (like me!) who enjoys seizing life by the day.
We talk music, crypto, life perspectives, and get into some esotericism at the end.
All in all a good conversation which I enjoyed immensely, as I'm sure you will too.

Finding the Road to Social Prosperity by Benjamin Forney
Howdy all!
I finally made good on my promise to perform a reading of Mr. Forney's essay, which has been the topic of discussion for the roundtable the last few weeks.
This essay is a wonderful listen for all... as it overlays our current state of affairs all too well.
Enjoy.

#NotOurBillionaire: The Twitter Files
Howdy all.
So we're back!
We're obviously discussing the developing twitter files dump, courtesy of Elon Musk!
Along with some of the more spicy developments, namely the Jim Baker HOOPLAH!
The Intelligence Agency to MSM propaganda machine revolving door has been made clear!
Yet another point to confirm America is a fascist state... and the Freedom and Liberty we "enjoy" is mostly illusory.
Smh...
Mayhaps a change is upon us.

Covid 19 95 These: Vociferous Vaccine Vanity
Howdy All, this was my first strike on youtube.
Where I sat down and presented my personal issues with the Covid-19 response, as it occurred.
This was the final installment of my 4 part series "Covid19 95 Theses", an homage to the Martin Luther 95 Theses against the Catholic Church.
The first three parts were about masks, HydroxyChloroquin, and Ivermectin.
This final part was obviously about the MRNA vaccine, their rollout, and the strategy of inoculation.
The regime did not take kindly to my overall position.
This was recorded on April 18th 2021.

Cohort Counting Conspiracies: Part 2
This is a video that was struck down from youtube prior to my Rumble back up being set up. It was recorded Dec. 15th 2021.
This was strike 2 of my channel.
Strike 1 will be posted shortly.
Strike 3 was my Fauci's Final Flip Flop episode.
This episode was struck down for citing MSM to validate the "conspiracies" we had peddled regarding the MRNA vaccines...
Which has only been further validated with more recent news. Both local and abroad.

Forney Foray Finale: Trade Offs
Howdy all!!
We have finally arrived at our final discussion of "Finding the Road to Social Prosperity"!
We took a week off due to winter illness sweeping through our respective houses, and since we like to be at our best for you folks... It was decided to come back this week!
The gist of today's discussion revolved around "trade offs" that are to be decided between opposing groups within a society with a bit of banter about what occurs when leadership fails to address growing dissent.
A great wrap up for a wonderful essay.
Next up, I will be recording my reading of the essay, I hope to have that up within the next week.
Until next time!

Leader-esque Delegation of Accountability
Howdy all!
We are BACK, marching ever onward through "Finding the Road to Social Prosperity".
As we're continuing our rotating roundtable format, our odd man in is Mr. Edmund Woodard!
As we delved into the essay this evening, we broke down the aspects of leadership, delegation, and how those are inextricably linked with accountability.
As always, this was a stimulating conversation that touched on a myriad of historical and current events to prop up the meat of the discussion.
Hope you all enjoy!

Defectors: Revolutionaries and Totalitarians
Howdy all!
Firstly, I must apologize for my audio quality, I attempted to use a new set up... which the Camera worked awesomely, but the new mic was having major feedback.
So I pivoted to use my bluetooth headset, which resulted in a sub par sound quality. I will hopefully have the mic situation rectified by our next sit down.
As you may notice as you watch the video, we're sticking with a 3 person format for a bit. As Shawn's work continues to whip him to and fro, keeping him otherwise occupied, clifton and Edmund remain at odds in terms of schedule openings. To deal with this, for the duration of the essay review, ECC will be alternating sit downs between Mondays and Wednesdays. Which will allow for both Edmund and Clifton to engage on the topic, with Shawn being a fair weather contributor to the topic.
Speaking of the topic, we moved forward into the essay to hammer out the concepts of "Defector", "Cooperator", and "Accountability". The latter received the least air time, but I feel held the most applicability to our vein of current events.
As always, I hope you enjoyed our conversation and learned a wee bit of knowledge along the way!

Further Foray Into Forney Factor: UBI
Howdy all!
Our 2nd installment of the roundtable discussion regarding Benjamin Forney's essay "Finding The Road to Social Prosperity" has arrived!
Sadly, due to Shawn's work obligations he could not make it... and we lost Edmund shortly into the recording due to his Floridian interwebz..
Hopefully next sit down we will be altogether once again.
We did however embark upon a good discussion into 1 possible route towards a better form of social "insurance" to help more folks find a path to prosperity.
Namely, as shown in the title, UBI.
Clifton was our dissenting voice for the movement and provided several good counter points to the idea.
Overall, it was a healthy discussion around attempting to find better usage of public funding in creating off ramps of the poverty class vs the current system that hems them in.
I hope you all enjoy.

Return of the Roundtable: A Forney Factor Foray
Howdy all!!
So, We're back! But we're largely hampered in our overall social media reach.
As we're off facebook, banned from twitter, youtube wiped all my old content (2nd strike for a 1.5 year old video Fauci's final Flip Flop AVAILABLE HERE STILL - Link below), and anchor (being bought out by spotify) began pulling down podcasts as well... The website is crippled...
I can not link videos from here to the website, YET... I am working on that...
I have not found a new hosting service for the audio format, YET... I am working on that as well...
But in the meantime, we sally on!
As promised, I've brought Mr. Benjamin Forney back to discuss his 2nd Essay "Finding the Road to Social Prosperity", but this time it was decided to do a group breakdown of his work.
This is my attempt to bring about a wider range of views to the roundtable, with the addition of Mr. Forney and Mr. Edmund Woodard to the lineup.
Once we take the spotlight off of Mr. Forney and his work, I'm sure he will continue to delight us with his cogent views and opinions regarding the future topics our merry band will delve into.
Once again, even though it's kinda broken for the moment, don't forget to check out the website EclecticChitChat.com!!

Authority, What is it Good For? Absolutely Something! Part 3
Howdy ALL!!
Today we bring to a close Benjamin and I's discussion around the points and concepts he brought forward in his essay; "In Defense of the Authoritarian Impulse".
It's been a wild and thought provoking ride.. One that I hope you all have enjoyed as much as I did.
The inspiration for the thumbnail came from one of our rabbit trails regarding the inconsistency of law and the misuse of it through institutional corporate capture... aka regulatory capture.
I will apologize in advance for my seeming inability to bring words to bear in this episode as I was pushing through some form of blooming illness... of which I'm still teetering on whether or not I will succumb to it. BUT WE PRESS ON!
As always friends, I hope you enjoyed this. Please feel free to comment, like, subscribe, or share.

In Defense of the Authoritarian Impulse
Howdy all!
As promised this is my reading of Mr. Forney's, quite honestly, amazing essay on the topic of Latent Authoritarianism and it's function as the immune system of Society.
I'm glad to have it put together prior to our finishing our dissection of his work this coming week.
I hope you all enjoy his work as much as I did.

We are continuing forward with the Forney Factor and our discussion regarding Ben's essay.
During our talk we traced through the evolution of red lining and how's it's progressed to include whomever isn't deemed "ideal" or acceptable.
I found what I believe to the be article mentioned! So enough blathering here, enjoy the show!

Applicable Intersectionality? Eeehhhh... Probably not
Howdy all!
Edmund and I are back, as promised!!
We've decided to break the philosophical ice with a jaunt through the concept of "intersectionality", in an attempt to be semi-topical with our current goings on of today.
We intend to use this as a jumping off point to discuss the concept of race/ethnicity either in our next conversation or another in the nearish future.
Through this conversation, I was actually brought around to the idea of intersectionality having at least SOME positive application, if not in day to day personal application. The idea of data harvesting of individuals along as many points of "individualization" could have some benefit to someone somewhere; but not within the confines of peer to peer interactions.
We had a fun at the expense of the practitioners of Intersectional ideology and we hope you will too!

Authority: What is it good for? Absolutely Something.
Howdy all!
Today I'm embarking upon a NEW ECC miniseries with my friend through the book of faces, Mr. Benjamin Forney!
Mr. Forney is quite the autodidact and has graced me with a couple of essays he has penned on the topic of authority within social hierarchy.
Within this episode we get through roughly one third of his first essay, "In Defense of the Authoritarian Impulse". I have to say, I'm not easily impressed and I do not often find my own mindset and perspective so thoroughly and thoughtfully expressed.
I quite enjoyed our initial foray into his work. This will be a 2 to 3 part venture into his initial essay; after which we will delve into his second one. Which expounds upon the general topic.
I won't reveal much more upon the topic, but I will lead with this quote of his:
"If violence is not solving all of your problems, you aren't using enough of it. Then again, there are often more efficient ways to solve problems, than brute force."

Philosophy, Dogma, and Prophecy
Hello all!
This episode is a bit atypical. This was intended to be regular conversation, with my friend Edmund, without any intent to record. Thankfully, we decided to record the conversation despite our original intent.
I ended up cutting out aspects of the conversation that referenced podcasting logistics and when we had a few instances of poor latency.
This won't be the last time we see Edmund on ECC. In fact, I'm intending on starting a new round table, that focuses on the more esoteric aspects of our existence.
A welcome break from the literal insanity that is our news cycle/current events.
I hope you all enjoy!

Rapid Fire Roundtable: Cops and Guns!
Howdy all! So we are tryin' a new format for the roundtable!
In an attempt to slim down our penchant to wax ever so eloquently in perhaps overt verbosity... we've instituted some rules... and a TIMER!
I got to put on my "Ringleader" hat and laid down "the law" during this episode. We took a note from the "Around the Horn" show from ESPN and did timed round-robin style "MY TWO CENTS" commentary with the winner of each round getting an extended segment to expound upon their specific point!
I should probably not have been given power over the buzzer, as I had entirely too much fun cuttin' folks off if they went over their allotted time.
I'll like come back to this to add some links for citation purposes, but I'd like to give it another listen through myself prior to.... Since I didn't get to actively participate in the discussion, my notes were a little shoddy.
For those of you who wish for a spoiler, Rose and Shawn tied as winners for our debut "Rapid Fire Roundtable".

Bros of a Feather: A Laidback ChitChat
Howdy all!
Yet another June episode that got set back due to life being life.
However, between some slight sickness on his end and impromptu trip that also delayed our roundtable. Life is life... so we decided we'd sit down and just have a chat about that!
I sat down with my friend Zach Simmons, Off Brand Thor to those who know him online.
He's led quite an Eclectic life, and I was quite thankful to get to sit down with him and hear a small bit of his story.
I hope you enjoy our conversation as much as I did, and if you enjoyed hearing Zach and enjoyed our flow, let us know in the comments!
Might just invite him back to throw his two cents into the roundtable!!

Knick Knacks, Paddy Whacks, You Can Even Print a Bone
Howdy all!
Welcome to the latest episode of Eclectic ChitChat!
Today, I am leading a foray into the world of 3D Printing! Those of you who have been with acquainted with me for a while, know that I had a 3D Printer for a bit and utilized it both industriously and within the hobbyist field... albeit my experience was short lived... More on that within the episode.
So I brought in 2 much more experienced fellows to bring a much broader and established knowledge base onto the scene.
This episode is a nice break from the current events, but I highly suggest giving it a watch because of just how darn helpful the 3D Printing technology is!
Long time followers of the podcast will remember my good friend, Conner Neeley from the episode "My Kingdom for a Kalthoff" ( https://youtu.be/4rCHHsKWN04 ). He returns to help share his experience and insight within the arena of real world 3D Printing applications within the "industrial" setting.
You'll also recognize our regular Roundtable Co-host, Clifton Jones! Turns out, his professional status is ALL ABOUT 3D Printing and modeling. So between the two of them, LOTS of applicable and easily digestible tips and tricks are touched upon in this episode.
We actually get to watch Clifton model a Smoking Pipe within his modeling program, LIVE.
And towards the end, I reveal a custom designed print that Clifton put together, and I actually field tested for him! So stick around to see what it is!
I hope you all enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed being a part of it!

Mysterious, Mischievous, Musk
Howdy all!
Today we foray into the much discussed topic of Elon Musk and his twitter acquisition.
However, we are not here to add more lauding to the cacophony; but to perhaps inject some caution into the midst of the hate or adulation.
Amongst our discussion from our perspectives we inject our usual commentary about society, culture at large, and our current abysmal political climate.
If you're questioning one of our claims or statements, there were many, please comment below and I'll provide you the citation for our reference!
**Correction**
Elon Musk challenged Vladimir Putin to 1 v 1 combat, but traded "tweets" with one of his generals during the exchange.
