Guided Meditation to Your Inner Sanctuary
This is a guided meditation, arranged by my friend and mentor Matece Skow, that begins with a breathing sequence to invite the mind and body to rest in stillness. We then move into grounding so that you will feel more at ease to completely letting go. You will then be guided to your inner sanctuary, with an opportunity to connect with your Source, your true essence, and be embraced by the peace that is within you.

Yin Yoga (90 minutes)
Yin Yoga poses are held for up to 2 minutes. Targeting the fascia, which is connective tissue, that surrounds the muscles and organs. Yin Yoga helps keep the fascia supple and juicy, keeping you mobile and flexible. All poses are on the mat, meaning poses are either seated, in table top or prone, there are no standing poses. There are three readings from the book Journey to the Heart by Melody Beattie. A daily meditation I highly recommend adding to your library and night table. This practice is conducted outside keeping all of nature's sounds along with some human noises. I hope you will enjoy this practice. Namaste

This sequence does not include Savasana, so be sure to close your practice with at least a 2 minute Savasana pose (Supine with a bolster under your knees. Be sure the heels touch the floor).

Gentle Yoga with 2 Half Sun Salutations
Welcome to my living room for a Gentle Yoga Practice. This is a gentle sequence targeting the health of your fascia by holding poses for 5 breaths. Most of the poses are on the floor with a few half sun salutations. This gentle sequence is recommended for those new to yoga as well as those who enjoy heated or cardio exercises. This cool side of yoga is a wonderful way to lengthen and release muscles and deepen the stretch to obtain flexibility. There is one reading provided during this sequence. Enjoy.
