Good things happen when visiting my kids!!!

Setting up the scaffold frame didn’t go exactly as hoped for.

Re-roofing the sun-porch and kitchen begins. Clearing the scaffold area from under and overgrowth.

Sometimes you just do a bonehead move. Besides putiing watered-gas in the mower’s tank, I shot several short clips in time-lapse mode. I’m not even sure how I dod that, but I’m very glad I didn’t shoot the whole video that way. But, here’s what is left of my recovery on the fly from bad gas in my otherwise very capable Country Clipper Boulevard.

This is also Elm Tree - #1: One non—Stormy Night Well, I’m gonna be doing one of those mañana project! The old elm snag finally got to the top of the priority list. Rather rude of it, but hey....

Just the roof, but what's left can be completed as “background projects” rather than as an imminent necessity, So, time to cross this one off the to-do list and refocus my attention on another project! GLAD, so GLAD this one is finally completed!

it’s been a GREAT and productive day after attending 2 church services and a Sunday School lesson before lunch. I’m tired and wore out, but a major Sword of Damocles has been removed from my project list, and these moments of relaxation and reflection at Day’s End are definitely a blessing to me!!

Prep work ALWAYS consumes the largest amount of time on any project. Still not quite done, but tge roof is almost finished!!

One of those mixed up crazy days that wasn’t nonproductive, but I surely didn’t get as far as I wanted here.

The year is beginning to speed on by, even with the upheaval from the events of the year.

While working on the corn crib, it became time to return some borrowed equipment. So, with rain in the forecast, I took a day and rolled the old Chevy down the highway. Ignore the exhaust tick. The engine really IS fine!!
