Sleeping or Studying in a noisy environment? Noise Cancelling Headphones not helping? The solution is White Noise. White Noise helps by creating volume on all frequencies, masking the undesired noises in your environment. Background noises just blend in with the Pink Noise! This variant referred to as Pink Noise is a little more pleasant on your ears than White Noise is. The lower frequencies are increased while higher frequencies are a little more subtle. The difference has been compared to TV Static (White Noise) and a Waterfall (Pink Noise). I put Pink Noise on at about 30% volume while Lectures are played at 100% volume. The Pink Noise in this video was created using Audacity in a stereo track.
