Check SOURCES before reserving ordinances
You need to thoroughly check the sources before reserving available ordinances for relatives on FamilySearch.org or you run the risk of missing people who need ordinances done. In this video, I show how a husband and multiple children would be missed if I didn't check the sources, since there were unfinished attachments in the sources that led to multiple instances of a spouse and children for the relative I was looking at.
I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The target audience of this channel is members of the Church of Jesus Christ who are doing temple work for dead relatives. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
I found this person using Virtual Pedigree, my favorite tool for finding cousins who need temple ordinances done. Here is a link to virtual pedigree (https://virtual-pedigree.familytech.byu.edu/login/) and here is a link to my review of Virtual Pedigree https://rumble.com/v1dchg1-finding-temple-ordinances-for-cousins-with-virtual-pedigree.html

Puzzilla - Mark's review of an ordinance-finding family history tool
I review Puzzilla.org as a tool for conducting family history work. I use the free version and the premium version ($40/yr w/ 30 day free trial). Verdict: the premium version has some great tools if you're willing to pay (I'm not)

Fast and Easy Indexing with GET INVOLVED app
I'm Mark Lindsay, and today I'm reviewing the GET INVOLVED app. I think it is a very useful tool for doing indexing on your phone. It only takes a couple minutes, and it's super easy and user-friendly. (indexing is the digitization of records for doing Family History work in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints)
In the GET INVOLVED app, you check other people's indexing work. You see a record and a name someone else has typed. You click "Match" if the name and record match up, "edit" if you think the record and name are different, or "unsure" if you can't tell. That's it! It's a great way to participate in family history work.

Find Ancestor Ordinances using HInts and Tasks in FamilySearch
Want to find temple ordinances on Familysearch.org but don't know where to start? I show you a handy tool or two that familysearch has that help you find ordinances ready for use in the temple. The tools are called Hints and Tasks, and I show you where they are and how to use them.
HOWEVER, these auto-generated hints are not always accurate. I show an example of a hint that leads to an person who I don't think is properly listed in familysearch, so I don't feel comfortable reserving the suggested ordinances.
