And I see a lot of people when they think that they're in a hole, that they just get buried in it, and then they can't help themselves. And then they, they don't thrive. Staci Lo Cascio 17:55 Don't try five things that are new at the same time. That's too much, you know, just try one thing at a time. Like if you're not used to having peppers in something. And now you're like, ooh, let me try that. Cool. Try something with peppers. Just make that one dish or that one, whatever. And then, and then you can start to add them to your list of good things. Anthony Lo Cascio 22:29 I'm not internally bleeding anymore. You know, less joint pain. Yeah, it's quite a few benefits. And I don't have the side effects that regular medication has. I'm not going into a coma because I'm eating better. I'm not going to suddenly have a blood clot because I've changed my food for the better. I'm not going to suddenly have anal leakage because I've changed to some frickin crazy oil. These are real side effects of things that we take. Like crazy. You're essentially giving the cells the things that they need to Dr. John E. Lewis So, it's kind of like if you have a car, I use this very poor analogy, because I can't think of a better one. But if your car has water in the gas tank, and it's kind of sputtering along, it still runs, but it's sputtering and doesn't really drive that well. Dr. John E. Lewis as we know as immunology has progressed over the last several decades, we know that the immune system interacts with all of our other major organ systems to really kind of survey what's going on and modulate and regulate inflammation and all these cytokines and growth factors. And so, if our immune system is crapping out on us, then that just involves every other major organ system. And then what happens? Your overall health is compromised. So, like adding in neuro linguistic programming to help address the unconscious mind, or you know, getting better with my coaching and mentoring so I could ask questions to allow people to come to their own truth. Dr Morgan Oaks you know, and I think the static things from the past and I find this a lot in so many different areas, like if we name something, and we put it on some type of an altar, then we're really not supposed to touch it or look at it or question it again. And what I feel is true, I've always felt this, I should be able to argue both sides of a question. And then if I'm on the right side of myself, I should still just come up with the same answer. And, this person said, you know, I wish that the healthcare system was the type of system where they would jump out of a boat, swim to the bottom of the sea, grab your hand and guide you up to the surface. He said, unfortunately, it's not that way they sit in the boat, they feed you lures like medication to superficially bring you to the surface. Alexa Rae Schiefer So many people think that that's the way it is, I'm stuck, you know, I take medication for anxiety, and that's just you know, what I have to do, but there's a totally different world out there, that I have used my own life to have my own self healer, to really see like, I can change and be whoever I want on this planet. I don't know. I feel like I know me sounds silly, but I feel like a bird like I'm flying. I got my wings that I'm feeling...I just lose...the mind and body connection. It's just like, I'm in Zen. And yet when it comes to carving out time for self, or to do something that we know, whatever that is, whether it's running or whether it's meditating or whether it's whatever. The clinics, the works, the internship, I would be earning probably four times what I'm earning right now. But something inside me just couldn't do it. Because I knew that if I did that training, I would have, like, I would be obligated to give certain medications to kids, for example, or to patients and like things I do not agree with, I cannot do it, I just cannot do it. Dr Victoria Abdelnur 13:08 Like, I felt like an alien since day one in university. I remember I started talking about why don't we work in teams? Like, why don't we have a doctor and a psychologist and a physiotherapist and maybe a shaman, maybe someone that knows about plants all working together to help a patient with their problems, and they're like, you're crazy. Dr Victoria Abdelnur 24:43 Yes, I agree. It's been, it's being hard and stressful. But at the same time, I think consciousness is expanding so fast right now. And so, to change my health, I need to change the processes and I need to change my attitude. Me. I have to do it, not someone in a white coat with a bottle of pills, although they can be useful. JOHN COLEMAN, ND By August 1995, John Coleman was wondering how he could go on living. Suffering symptoms of stage IV Parkinson’s disease and early-stage Multi-system Atrophy, diagnosed by five medical and complementary practitioners, and severely dissatisfied with the treatment and prognosis he received from western medical practitioners, John decided to pursue other pathways to health and was completely symptom-free by April 1998. John was co-founder of Very Special Kids in 1984 and founder of the neuro recovery foundation in 2002, conducted sixteen Neuro Recovery Pathways programs in NSW and Melbourne, plus practitioner training around Australia, USA, Germany, Austria and UK. To know more about this, and actually, as I've got more into it, I'm actually astounded by not only the lack of knowledge within children, but also adults as well about animal species CJ Williams I think a lot of them do stress the importance of the work in terms of yeah, nothing is being done about this to educate kids. And, the main point about the whole message is for children to learn about it, whilst they're having fun. So, to play a board game with their family is a positive thing CJ Williams And it is some of that as well, of course, but that really at the end of the day, if one reader, one child can become a zoologist or, or a conservationist, hopefully a marine biologist, as a result of being inspired by reading my stories, then that will be it for me that that I will be satisfied, you know, so, that will have sort of complete the healing process, ABOUT CJ WILLIAMS CJ Williams is one of six siblings and is a former City of London trader, who was also an independent headhunter in financial markets. He came up with his brand altogether, which he will establish as a recognized player in the educational technology sector. His ultimate aim is to fund a charity called RACE - Raising Awareness in Children of the Environment. As a parent, grandfather and country boy at heart, he is passionate about looking after the countryside and ongoing green issues, to Save The Planet. That's not psychological. Yes, there is a psychological component because they have, you know, belief systems and self-criticism and judgment and shame and all of that. And yet there's such strong implications for it being biology, that it is driving disease. I also decided, did not decide to, discovered that when I stopped drinking milk, I stopped crying. You're just not willing to look at it and deal with it. Right? That's, that's what it simply comes down to. And if the outside is a mirror of the inside, all that really means is you're not willing to be present with yourself and be present for your own experience. So, the only requirement to get free from clutter in every area of your life is your presence, your presence is required. Mel Mason 24:49 We all have blind spots we just can't see ourselves like that's the beautiful thing about the outside being a mirror of the inside is the reason why that is humans can't see themselves. We need the outside to reflect us back to us. And so, we need other people reflecting us back to us. Mel Mason 25:27 I just want people to really get like, the most important thing that I like people to understand is that the clutter is just a symptom. It's your birthright to experience happiness and abundance in every area of your life. And my belief is clutter is anything that gets in the way of that. And truly the way to get free from clutter in every area of your life is your presence. It's so super simple, but only your presence is required. That's all that's required. You become willing to just turn your attention within and within six months, you're not going to recognize your life. By doing a discovery diet, you kind of clear out that fog, and you can really listen to what your body's telling you at that point. The biggest miscommunication, though, that I come across is that when I say that I work with pet people, or business people who are pet people, they think, and they tune in to that word, pet. That's what I work with. Which is not true. They forget that people part. Because we live in a world as quantum physics will tell us that we're entangled. When we live with other people, when we live with animals, when we live with the nature outside, that all plays into our own energy fields, and that entanglement is there. Lesley Nase Because your pet lots of times is just going to be looking with those puppy eyes, or that cat smile, or even a horse is going to put his head and nuzzle your head on your shoulder is here to help us. And it's one of the reasons that pets come into the world. It's in my experience, we take pets into our life. But before you even came here, you made the choices. I want to experience this, and I want to experience that. And a pet comes along and says I'm going to help you with that. And they've been helping for 1000s and 1000s of years since they became domestic animals. And that's because we haven't released that pattern or release that trauma, or whatever it may be. So, I did work with my pendulum, and basically, I connect with my higher self. And then I asked permission to connect with the client's higher self. And they'll tell me anything, they'll tell me everything, because they want to help the person obviously. So, I just have to ask the right questions. Jacqui Hoitingh 08:35 The pendulum yeah, there's 50 charts that I can find out what needs attention, you know, some it could be ancestral stuff that's holding you back. It could be like the chakras it could be it could be anything, you know, your life path. Jacqui Hoitingh I make people aware of what the programs are, what they're playing over, and over and over. Because when we find something, I get them to look back, you know, as a similar emotion played out over your life, and they're like, yeah, it's in different circumstances, but it's the same thing.
