Revival starts in the heart. Revival is a love thing Revelation of the Love of God Who are you in your heart? Guard your heart above all else. The human heart is deceitfully wicked. Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Proverbs 2 Moral Benefits of Wisdom 2My son, if you accept my wordsand store up my commands within you,2turning your ear to wisdomand applying your heart to understanding—3indeed, if you call out for insightand cry aloud for understanding,4and if you look for it as for silverand search for it as for hidden treasure,5then you will understand the fear of the Lordand find the knowledge of God.6For the Lord gives wisdom;from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.7He holds success in store for the upright,he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless,8for he guards the course of the justand protects the way of his faithful ones. 9Then you will understand what is right and justand fair—every good path.10For wisdom will enter your heart,and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.11Discretion will protect you,and understanding will guard you. 12Wisdom will save you from the ways of wicked men,from men whose words are perverse,13who have left the straight pathsto walk in dark ways,14who delight in doing wrongand rejoice in the perverseness of evil,15whose paths are crookedand who are devious in their ways. 16Wisdom will save you also from the adulterous woman,from the wayward woman with her seductive words,17who has left the partner of her youthand ignored the covenant she made before God.[a]18Surely her house leads down to deathand her paths to the spirits of the dead.19None who go to her returnor attain the paths of life. 20Thus you will walk in the ways of the goodand keep to the paths of the righteous.21For the upright will live in the land,and the blameless will remain in it;22but the wicked will be cut off from the land,and the unfaithful will be torn from it. ABC’s of Wisdom Proverbs 1 New International Version Purpose and Theme 1The proverbs of Solomon son of David, king of Israel: 2for gaining wisdom and instruction;for understanding words of insight;3for receiving instruction in prudent behavior,doing what is right and just and fair;4for giving prudence to those who are simple,[a]knowledge and discretion to the young—5let the wise listen and add to their learning,and let the discerning get guidance—6for understanding proverbs and parables,the sayings and riddles of the wise.[b] 7The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge,but fools[c] despise wisdom and instruction. Having been warned in a dream, he withdrew to the district of Galilee, 23and he went and lived in a town called Nazareth. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him. 7But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you.’” 8Trembling and bewildered, the women went out and fled from the tomb. They said nothing to anyone, because they were afraid.[a] 9When Jesus rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons. 10She went and told those who had been with him and who were mourning and weeping. 11When they heard that Jesus was alive and that she had seen him, they did not believe it. 12Afterward Jesus appeared in a different form to two of them while they were walking in the country. 13These returned and reported it to the rest; but they did not believe them either. 14Later Jesus appeared to the Eleven as they were eating; he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen. 15He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. 17And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” 19After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. 20Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.
