Working on better movement & flow. working the stiffness out of my body as I am retraining all my skill sets. as Martial artist we should always keep training; if someone discourages that, you do not need them in your life!!!

Retraining my Kicks this day I decided to record my training session after practicing this kick for an hr. and being tiered I was able to pull it off not flawlessly , arms moving to much, & I believe technique can be improved greatly. I just wanted to share my results, I will post as part 2 to this in the future to see my improvement!!! Empty bottle makes it more difficult
