Instant Pot Steaks - Steak Recipe
Ingredients -
3 Nice NY Strip Steaks
Olive Oil
Canaoiol Spray
SPG Rub Of Your Choice
1 Cup Beef Broth
Directions -
Spray down steaks and add SPG Rub to them.
Put Instant Pot on to Sauté Mode and add Olive Oil when hot.
Braise Each steak for 1 minute on each side.
Remove steaks and pout in 1 Cup of Beef Broth and deglaze the bottom.
Turn off Sauté Mode and add in the trivet and the place the steaks on the trivet.
Put on Instant Pot Lid and make sure it is in the sealing position, turn on Instant Pot with High Pressure for 3 Minutes.
After the 3 Minutes let naturally release for 5 minutes.
Remove Steaks and let them rest for around 5-10 minutes, then slice in and have a great dinner.
YES....the steaks did turn on grayish looking but the were cooked with steam and pressure, not on a grill that is going to give you the great seared color. But they were very tender and tasted delicious.

BBQ Sauce
Directions -
Spray down chicken breasts with the Olive Oil Spray and apply Rib Rack Chicken Rub to the Chicken Breasts.
Place trivet into the Instant Pot and pour in the 1 Cup of Chicken Broth.
Place in the Chicken Breasts and cover with BBQ Sauce if you want to add it during the cook.
Turn on Instant Pot to High Pressure and set timer for 18 minutes.
After timer goes off, let naturally release for 10 minutes, then release the rest of the pressure.
Pull out the Chicken Breasts and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes, then enjoy a great dinner or lunch.

Worcestershire Sauce
BBQ Sauce of your choice
Spray Beef Ribs with Avocado Oil Spray for a binder and the add the Killer Hogs Texas Brisket Rub and Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub to all sides of the Beef Ribs.
Put Instant Pot On Saute Mode
Once it is heated up pour in Avocado Oil
Place In the Beef Ribs and brown/braise the on each side.
Pour in 1 Cup of Beef Broth and deglaze the bottom of the pan.
Pout in the small can of Coke (Helps to tenderize meat)
Pour in Worcestershire Sauce to your desired flavor
Place in the Beef Ribs
Pour some BBQ Sauce over the beef ribs
Put on the Instant Pot top and ensue it is the pressure seal is turned to seal.
Turn on instant pot onto Pressure Cook and set timer for 25 Minutes.
After the 25 minutes is done let it naturally release for 10 minutes.
Turn the pressure seal knob and let the remaining pressure out of the instant pot.
Remove the Beef Ribs and let them cool down for about 5-10 minutes.
And now your ready for a great beef ribs dinner.

Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub

1 Red Onion
1/3 TBLS Liquid Smoke
BBQ Sauce
1 1/4 Cups Beef Broth
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Directions -
Spray down brisket with Avocado Spray and put on the Killer Hogs Texas Brisket Rub and The BBQ Rub.
Let brisket reset and chop up onions and bell peppers.
Turn on sauté mode on the Instant Pot and pour in the avocado oil.
Braise the brisket for 3 minutes on each side once the avocado oil is heated up.
Remove the brisket and pour in the Beef Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, Liquid Smoke, BBQ Sauce and the bell peppers/onions. Add the brisket to the instant pot and add a little extra BBQ Sauce to the brisket,
Set Instant Pot to High Pressure and set timer to 1 hour.
After the 1 hour is completed let naturally release for 10-15 minutes, and let the remaining pressure out.
Pull out brisket and let it rest for 10-15 minutes and slice against the grain into about pencil sized slices.
Now get ready to have one of the BEST Briskets you have had for dinner.

3tbspextra-virgin olive oil
1large red oniondiced, divided, plus more for serving

1can crushed tomatoes(28 oz)
1can tomato sauce(8 oz)
2tspItalian seasoning
2 tsp of SPG Rub
1lbelbow macaroni
1/2cupthousand Island dressing
2tbspbarbecue sauce
1tbspyellow mustard
3 Cups Shredded Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the olive oil to the Instant Pot,hit Sauté, and Adjust so it’s on the More or High setting.After3 minutesof the oil heating, add half the onion and sauté for3 minutes, until lightly softened.
Add the ground beef and minced garlic and, using a mixing spoon or spatula, break up the meat until it begins to crumble and lightly brown, about3 minutes. It shouldn’t be fully cooked at this point (that’s what the pressure cooking is for). Do not drain any juices released—we want them in there for more flavor!
Add the Worcestershire sauce and deglaze (scrape the bottom of the pot to free it of any browned bits).
Add 3 cups of beef broth, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, SPG and Liquid SMoke. Stir everything together well.
Add the pasta but do not stir. (Why? Well, there’s lots of meat in there. If you stir the pasta in, you run the risk of clogging the pot when it tries to come to pressure.) Just smooth the pasta out so it’s slightly submerged in the sauce.
Secure the lid and move the valve to the sealing position.Hit Cancel and then hit Manual or Pressure Cook for 6 minutes on High Pressure. Quick release when done.
Add the Thousand Island dressing, barbecue sauce, mustard and Cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted into the pasta.

SPG Rub
1 Cup Chicken Broth
BBQ Sauce
Chopped up Onions and Bell Peppers
Olive/Avacado Oil
Taco Fillings of your choice (Tomatoes, Lettuce, Cheese, Cream Cheese, etc.....)
Directions -
Put SPG rub onto Chicken
Place on Trivet in Instant Pot
Pour in 1 cup chicken broth
Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes
Let self release for 15 minutes
Remove Chicken and put in Bowl and Pull Apart Chicken
Pour out broth from original cook into Pyrex Cup
Put Instant Pot on Sauté Mode
Add Oil
Sautés up the Onions and Bell Peppers
Add back in the pulled chicken
Add some of left over chicken Broth and stir up
Pour in some BBQ Sauce and keep it stirred up.
Remove from Instant Pot and make Tacos to your desire.

Directions -
Make to to remove silver skin off the back of the baby back ribs, if it has not a already been removed.
Coat ribs with yellow mustard for a binder, and then add your favorite BBQ Rub to the ribs. Make sure to do both sides of the ribs.
Place Trivet into Instant Pot and pour in the 15 ounces of Coke-A-Cola
Place Baby Back Ribs on top of the trivet, put on the lid of the instant pot and set timer to 20 minutes on high pressure.
Let naturally release for about 15 minutes and then release the rest of the pressure from the pot and pull the ribs out.
While they are cooling down add some of your favorite BBQ Sauce to the ribs, let them finish cooling down and then slice them up and have a great dinner.

Pull out Chicken Legs and coat with some more BBQ Sauce.
And go to town eating some of the best BBQ Chicken Legs you have ever had.

Ingredients
1 ½ pounds chicken breasts about 2-3 breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 medium onion chopped
4 tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons of minced garlic
4 cups chicken broth
1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice from one lemon
1 ½ cups white rice rinsed
1 cup parmesan cheese1 ½ teaspoons salt plus more or less to taste¼ teaspoons black pepper plus more or less to taste
Instructions
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add butter and let melt, then add garlic and onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add chicken and stir. Cook until no longer translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add in rice, broth, and lemon juice. Stir well, bringing chicken pieces to top.
Secure lid on pot and set valve to Sealing. Set to Manual High Pressure for 8 minutes.
When cook time is completed, let naturally release for 2 minutes, then carefully Quick Release remaining pressure. Stir well and add with Parmesan Cheese and stir in well. Add a little more chicken broth, if desired, to reach desired consistency – optional.

Directions
