This is the next video in the official military seal series, todays video is the official seal of the US Coast Guard. 14 gauge hot rolled steel cut with the Primeweld Cut60 on the Langmuir Systems Crossfire Pro CNC plasma table and powder coated with the Columbia Coatings Hyper Smooth 3.0. Enjoy!

In this video I install the limit switch kit to the Crossfire Pro CNC plasma table. It's pretty long because I walk through the entire step by step process.

This is a really short video putting together the Langmuir Systems Crossfire Pro CNC plasma table. I wasn't thinking about video when I put it together so I don't have too much footage of it but I strung together some of what I did have. I hope you enjoy it and if you are buying one of these tables I hope this helps you get it setup. I will answer any questions when I see them so feel free to leave a question or a comment in the comments!

I designed this sign for a buddy of mine, he picked the color...There were some anomolies in the cut and I'm not sure what caused them but I actually like the end effect.

In this video we will be cold blueing antique cast iron cabinet hardware. I'm using a cold blueing solution from Brownells, this is a chemical blueing that swaps out the top layer of iron with a layer of black copper oxide which is what gives it the dark coloration. They turned out pretty good, this is my first time blueing anything.

In this video we use the crossfire pro CNC plasma table to cut out a '59 Corvette sign and powder coat it. I really like this one, the sign turned out great and the design worked well.

In this video we plasma cut the seal of Army Aviation on the Crossfire Pro CNC plasma table, then we powder coat it with the Columbia Coatings Hyper Smooth 3.0 and cook it in the oven. Turned out pretty good!

In the third and final video in the trilogy we get the cabinet painted, hardware, plumbing, electric installed and we take it for a test drive on a piece of metal that has been patiently waiting for 2 weeks.

In part 2 of our blast cabinet upgrade trilogy we finish assembling the new and improved cabinet.

In part 1 of this series I'll be disassembling my standard issue Harbor Freight sand blasting cabinet and designing and cutting new panels for it.
