Deep Week freediving camp ends, we say goodbye to our friends, and take a little road trip south to enjoy the afternoon at a beach. A typical week of my life living on a sailboat! This week I take on a LOT! We finish up two Samudra x Soul de La Mar Yoga + Freediving retreats which leads us into the Vertical Blue Freediving Competition. We had a lot of friends around, but were on a time crunch to provide fish (and the rest of the food) for the entire party!
