if cafeteria type then Medical College, engineer college, science college & young star favour place will be perfect
4)Rent/Lease : its depends upon city. Try to lower your rent as soon
5) Licensing :
i) Business Registration
ii) Room Aggrement
iii) Water test reports
iv) Health trade license
v) Food license /fssai
Vi) Shop/trade license
vii) Fired NOC
viii) GST license
6) Swiggy, Zomato try up & Self delivery system: Always best for self delivery system so that u will collect customer data for future, and also try up for 3rd party delivery systems that help you extra revenue. Try to negotiate to minimise commission percentage
7) Kitchen Plan : Must consult with a Chef, then list out the equipment & go for purchase. Always 50k-1 L extra maintain for kitchen. I'll give u some tips that is, u can buy full set up from various closed or shuted down restaurant those who are want to sell their all kitchen. Its save u 50-60% cost.
