Juventus in Italy is surely THE dominant team on the national (and recently international) scene. This is somehow controversial, due to the great length of scandals this team have been linked to, also because the ties between Juventus and the Agnelli family, one of the most powerful and rich family in Italy and Turin. Over the years, Juventus has been accused and proven guilty of using doping on its own athletes and in the last decade, of creating a thick network which was headed by the former general manager Luciano Moggi, who’s now banned from the Football world. This latest scandal brought the revocation of two national championship and relegation of Juventus team. Other teams, Including AC Milan, Fiorentina etc. were accused and proven guilty of having had similar (albeit minor) networks and were also punished with penalties and points loss. FC inter was proven part of the scandal as well, but not punished due to the sentence being statute barred. Currently, Juventus still claims the revoked titles, and those are represented in their stadium as if they still had them, despite what the Italian federation says.
