If you want to build shoulders at home, you need to focus on hitting all of the three heads of the shoulders. Because adequately targeting and growing the front, middle, AND the often neglected rear delts really is key when it comes to creating that 3-dimensional, rounded look. By simply knowing what each head is responsible for doing, we can determine what bodyweight shoulder exercises can be used to effectively train each of these heads without the use of heavy weights. In this home shoulder workout, I’ll show not only show you what those shoulder building exercises are, but I’ll also show you how to properly progress each of them such that you can continue to grow your shoulders overtime as you get stronger, and all in the comfort of your own home. Without further ado, let’s get started on our shoulder workout at home!.
To start, you have to understand the concept of relative motion. It isn’t always necessary to focus on the moving limb during an exercise to see what part of the shoulder it is working. For instance, when you perform a side lateral raise you are moving your arm away from your body while holding onto a dumbbell. What is really going on is abduction at the shoulder joint.

Prospect Stone/Rock Trail | Manchester| Vermont | USA
The trail, blazed with blue, follows the old Rootville Road up along the Downer Glen Ravine. After passing the Forest boundary and a spur trail, the trail gets steeper and crisscrosses several mountain streams. At 0.8 miles the trail leaves the brook at an old spring. The trail then meets up with the Appalachian/Long Trail at about 1.5 miles. Just past the junction, a spur trail on the right leads 200 feet west to Prospect Rock. The summit has a fine view of the Manchester Valley. To the west is the prominent Mount Equinox, the tallest mountain in the Taconic Range. The lesser peaks of Little Equinox (south of Mount Equinox) and Mother Myrick Mountain to the northwest are also visible. Please practice Leave No Trace ethics, such as carry out what you carry in. Trail blazing, maintenance, and signage will be minimal in Wilderness Areas.
Prospect Rock Trail is a 3.1 mile out and back trail located near Manchester Center, Vermont that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Mount Philo Vermont State Park(Amazing hike for all) | Fall in Vermont
Overview
The park(#MountPhilo) features hiking trails that lead from the base to the summit of Mount Philo. There is a mountaintop picnic area with views of Lake Champlain, the valley, and the Adirondack Mountains and Green Mountains to the west and south.(#VermontStatePark)
There is a small camping area with a total of 10 sites including 3 lean-tos, with restrooms and hot showers.
From the late 19th century to 1924, Mt. Philo was a popular destination for guests of the Mt. Philo Inn. It was accessed by carriage road and had a wooden observation tower at its summit.
History
The park was established in 1924 when Francies Humphreys of Brookline, Massachusetts, owner of the adjacent Mt. Philo Inn, donated the land to the State of Vermont for recreational use. This land would become Vermont's first state park.[citation needed] In 1929, the carriage road was improved and a summit picnic area was created. From 1935-1937, CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) crews further enhanced the road and picnic area and built a ranger cabin and camping sites. The park was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001 for its importance in the state's recreational history, and for its CCC-related architecture.
