As fun as this challenge is, lifting is a great way to exercise - if you do it right. I’ve encountered many people who go to they to lift, but never bothered to look into better form or technique. Make sure you ask or do your research about what should be correct form for all lifts before you injure yourself!

Neck support pillow #review - this one from the airport is junk, even tho seems nice at first
We examine a beautifully shaped and well-fitting pillow that falls short in providing adequate neck support during plane journeys. The pillow's plush material and thoughtful design make it comfortable to rest on, but its performance in supporting the neck leaves much to be desired. While it may be suitable for short naps or resting during the day, the lack of proper neck support can be problematic for those hoping to get quality sleep during long flights.

Do YOU have iron knees? This challenge is definitely one for the knees. You should be able to squat like this if you have full knee range of motion! You also need the following to complete the challenge:
• good balance
• hip flexion range of motion
• ankle dorsiflexion range of motion
• toe extension range of motion
• core and leg strength
Obviously that’s not all that’s at work here, but those are the highlights. Let’s see how well oiled your knees are!
