Ever experience the glory of the Lord?
What better way to share than from your very own life?!

he leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for His name's sake."

"This is what I missed" Part 9 • not against flesh and blood
For many of us, the famous hymn, "Onward Christian Soldiers" is just a song, not a rallying cry. Put Ephesians 6:10 into practice! "We are to put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood."

"This is what I missed" Part 7 • pruning the branches
God disciplines those whom He loves (Hebrews 12:6), and that means, as a "vinedresser," he corrects and prunes us to make us better, more complete, and more like Him.

"This is what I missed" Part 3 • they will know us by our fruit
Sara Whitten highlights the beautiful symmetry of how 'the fruit' described in the original Greek in Galatians is both the product of something... and an action.

Watch for our next film this winter: “The Mystery of the Spirit”
Why settle for an ordinary life that lacks power, joy and meaning?
In this rich film filled with challenge, inspiration and encouragement, travel a road to greater joy and peace. Discover a kind of love that only God can give, and learn how to model different kinds of sacrifice to become fruit for others in your life.
A special note from the filmmaker, Fritz Feick: I was reading about ‘the fruit of the Spirit’ and came across an article that cited an unexpected scriptural reference: Luke 13:6-9 "The Parable of the Barren Fig Tree"
And he told this parable: “A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none. And he said to the vinedresser, ‘Look, for three years now I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and I find none. Cut it down. Why should it use up the ground? And he answered him, ‘Sir, let it alone this year also, until I dig around it and put on manure. Then if it should bear fruit next year, well and good; but if not, you can cut it down.”
Reading these words, I suddenly realized this parable was all about me, except for the fact that instead of 3 years of not bearing fruit, I had spent 40… 40 years of wandering in my own wilderness—a place of my own choosing. And then something happened. It was a miracle. I started reading the Bible from page 1, and God started pouring miracles, signs, wonders and gifts into my life. I was surrounded by God’s words and God’s people and then discovered the real meaning of love. And this film is a result.

Revival begins with you
#evangelism #revival #SavePakistan
Revival begins when we ask the Lord to search our heart.
David wrote in the Psalms, “Search me, O God, and know my heart!
Test me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any offensive way
in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” (Psalm 139:23,24)
Gypsy Smith, a British evangelist, once preached to thousands of
people. He died ten years before I was born. A delegation of people
came to him and asked him how they could experience mass revival.
And this is what he said:
“Go home. Lock yourself in your room. Kneel down in the middle
of the floor, and with a piece of chalk, draw a circle around yourself.
There, on your knees, pray fervently and brokenly that God would
start a revival within this chalk circle.”
Max Lucado recently repeated this message. He asked:
“Do we long to see a mighty and mysterious work of God among his children? Imitate the prayer of a country preacher. He was so distraught by the conditions of the world that he went outside and
drew a big circle in the dirt. He stood in the center of the circle, and
prayed:
“Lord, bring revival… and begin… with everyone in this circle.”
I want to share with you that building a circle and praying within it
can be the key to revival. So I’m asking for your help. I’m asking you
to find it in your hearts to film yourself with an Iphone or a camera,
from different angles even, and make a circle. Draw it on the ground.
Draw it with flowers or tree limbs or whatever you so desire, but make a circle. Step into it, and pray these words:
“Lord, bring revival… and begin… with everyone in this circle.”
I did it. I have been clearing wood—trees… bushes… around my house.
And as I cut them, I formed a circle around my wood chipper. It’s actually my brother-in-law’s wood chipper and tractor that I borrowed.
And I went out to the tractor. And I stood up on top of the seat.
And I prayed this prayer:
“Lord, bring revival… and begin… with everyone in this circle.”
I pray that scores of people from around the world will join me in this prayer, that they’ll film themselves and they’ll send the video to me
so that I can incorporate it into our outreach to Uganda and to
Pakistan. Lord, bring revival! And may it begin with us! Thank you.
Please share your video prayer!
