In today’s video we talk about how sad a day May 30, 2024 is for all of time. America has lost its moral high ground and its integrity. The judicial system has been weaponized against a political opponent in a way we used to only see in crazy 3rd world dictatorships, but now we see it here. Opening this can of worms and setting such a dangerous precedent is not a good thing, no matter who was on the other end of it. The idea that the ends justify the means is a left authoritarian position and should be avoided at all costs. These evil actors do not understand what they have done yet, but the ramifications must be extreme and swift! We need to peacefully protest and immediately cease all economic activity in the state of New York. If you have investments or money there, you should highly consider fleeing to a safer jurisdiction. This constantly shifting narrative shows that strong words not backed by action don’t really mean a whole lot. In today’s video we discuss the increase in the minimum wage that California just implemented on April 1st and the imact that it is having on the industry. Who would have thought that artificially increasing the cost of doing business would result in cutting of expenses on behalf of the business? Well there are a few major expenses for a business and labor is one of the largest. You also have the cost of the facility/utilities, and the cost of food/inputs. With inflation causing the expenses everywhere else in the business to increase at the same time as increasing the cost of labor a business has two options to maintain profitability: Lower expenses or Raise Prices! Many stores are increasing prices but then you have an almost parity between fast food and real sit-down restaurants. With the difference in quality between these two, fast-food will not survive this in the long term as we all know a burger at Chili’s is much more delicious than a double quarter pounder at McDonald’s. If you don’t want to increase your prices, lower the amount of human labor you have. We have all ordered from kiosks at this point and we will see many more of these as well as drive thru ordering systems being offered with AI support and cloud connectivity, mark my words! In today’s video we watch and discuss a War Room clip where Steve Bannon is discussing the way that these protests work and what they are in the run up to the Summer of 2024. Jack and Steve talk about professional protester/agitators, their role in curating these events, and how the regular student body fits into the puzzle. These peaceful students are tricked into participating and given a sense of belonging to the extent they show up and don’t really know what they are there supporting! After these students feel they belong, they are recruited deeper into the network of agitators and protesters to be used later on during larger and larger demonstrations. AstraZeneca could be liable for up to 225 million pounds sterling for rare side effect that can cause blood clotting and other issues. In today’s video we briefly discussed the impeachment of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The impeachment will be heard in the senate this afternoon 4-17-2024. While there is little chance of it going anywhere, at least they are doing something! With just over 7 million criminal aliens crossing the border in the last 3 years, we can’t keep doing this. Citizens and legal immigrants are having their resources drained to support amenities for criminal aliens and that is just not right. These criminals need to be returned to their country of origin and they should go through the legal immigration system the same way that millions have. Also, a bit about how the uni-party is going to ensure that nothing happens to the current status quo. Romney and the other RINOs will vote in lock-step with the Democrats to ensure that this never actually goes to trial. I miss the days where I at least felt like the people in charge cared about us some, maybe that was ALWAYS an illusion, but this doesn’t feel correct or sustainable anymore. In today’s video we look back at the US Withdrawal (Retreat) from Afghanistan. Should we have left in the way we did? Should we have done things differently? Should we have even been there in the first place?! We left so many assets (both hard and soft) behind I don’t know how we won’t be judged harshly by future generations for what we did. We abandoned allies and armed the Taliban for generations to come. In my opinion, this was possibly one of the worst ways to cap off a terrible conflict that never should have happened.
