The triggered effect is the means by which a narcissist pushes you to your limits. We become triggered as a coping mechanism to deal with the trauma bond, the gaslighting and manipulations as we feel vilified and yet justified in our response. Triggering, is our way out and it often feels like it is our last resort as we have no choice but to rage against the machinations of the toxic individual who methodically plans out our reactive ways just so that they can have their way; control over our emotions. Triggering is a signals as much as it is a response and if we are listening, we will see to whom the triggering is really meant for. Do we trigger for the narcissist? There are narcissists, and then there are narcissists. We have all had experience with a few, and what catches off guard are the masks they wear. The sexual divergent is a narcissist who is one of two masks. In this video I talk about my encounter with a narcissist who appeared to be that special someone, but instead they hid a secret from me that I had no knowledge about. I had no knowledge because I am a heterosexual female who expected to be involved with a heterosexual male who was working towards the same end goals as I was; a forever partnership. Future faking aside, I call out my own error in this video, as I also share with you the answer that you need to know, but no one tells you. Narcissists are sexually divergent, meaning that many are practicing homosexuals and bisexuals who remain latent; or hidden in the closet. I use the term 'sexual divergent' to skirt around youtube algorithms as this topic needs to be addressed.
