I have noticed that while on the carnivore diet, if I feel a cold, or flu coming on, if I increase my fats intake, it helps kill it off very quickly. Of course we get great vitamins and minerals from fats, A,D,E,K2, fat soluble, that are transported through our lymphatic system, in lymph fluid, which is made up of fat soluble vitamins, minerals, proteins, and white cells.
