Minimize back-and-forth with Loom Pro. Yes, I'm aware Upwork has a Loom integration. That's not why you need Pro. You need Loom Pro so instead of your client dragging their feet on a project that becomes endless, you will get a notification when they click your email with the video walkthrough of the next step that they need to take to keep the project moving. You need to 1) get Loom Pro 2) Download Loom desktop app and 3) Download the Loom Gmail extension (IMPORTANT!) Get a Stream Deck ASAP. It's like push-button productivity macros + tons more. I use it religiously. Smartest efficiency investment of the last year.

It will just take longer to get your final work product, and you accept that. Clear, direct, constructive feedback is the fastest route to an end result you love. I strive to be kind, courteous and professional. Appropriate manners are required – rudeness is prohibited. Don’t act like an amateur. No lateness to meetings. If you need something done faster, or a change in scope, let me know – before we get started. I commit to honesty & directness. Our job is to improve, and it’s best done with hard truth from a second set of eyes. If I can add value, I will speak up and give advice based on my experience & what I’ve seen that works well. You’re always free to take my advice to heart, or ignore me completely.
