Struggling With Ministry?
When we say, I'm a servant of Jesus Christ, it might be good to ask ourself this question: Am I where He is? The reason for the question is Jesus said, If anyone will serve me, let him follow Me. For where I am, so shall My servant be. If we're not where He is, then it might be a possibility we're not actually serving Him. . .

The Difference Between Guilt and Conviction
What's the difference between guilt and conviction? Well, guilt is the demonic counterfeit of conviction, which does not lead to repentance. Moreover, it actually drives people away from God. Conviction on the other hand is a sign of God's loving kindness that leads to repentance. It actually draws us closer to Him. And incidentally, for those who employ guilt to get people to do things, you're actually doing the very thing the devil does to people all the time.

If You Want To Be Happy
If you want to be happy, or perhaps more importantly, fulfilled, here's a place to start. Ask yourself this one question: Am I where God wants me to be? Because if you are in pursuit of anything else, more than likely you're chasing your tail.

Self-Talk
Some people say things to themselves that they would never say to anybody else. As a matter of fact, they treat things better than they treat themselves. And if that's you, the question is, why? Did someone speak into your heart something that took root that doesn't belong there? . . .

Hard Time Hearing From God?
Some have said, "I'm having a hard time hearing from God lately." And for some of you, here's what's going on. The Lord has asked you to let go of something, and He's asked you a few times. But with each time, you find yourself holding onto that thing tighter and tighter, and tighter, and as a result your heart has become closed off. . .

We're Living in the End Times
How many would say, we're living in the end times, it's the final days, Jesus should be returning any time? If so, does your life, do your actions match your words? And truth be told, none of us knows when Jesus is going to return. However, every day is someone's last day. So perhaps, we should be more focused on sharing the Gospel, and making disciples of all people than we are trying to figure when He's coming back. . .

Still Feeling Empty?
Most believers already understand the reason that those who seem to have it all, you know, the fame, the riches, the accolades and so on, and are still miserable and still empty is because they're trying to fill a God-sized hole with the things of this world. We get that. But how many Christians have been getting stuck in this need to obtain things, or positions. . .

Victimhood Causes Division
Love covers a multitude of sins. And those who conceal a matter, in other words, when someone hurts them and they keep it to themselves, they are actually seeking love. On the other hand, those who go and tell everybody about what someone had done to them, actually cause division -even amongst the best of friends or family members. And that's not the way Jesus told us to handle our hurts. . .

Critical Spirit
The purpose of speaking the truth in love is to benefit the recipient of what's being said. Now if a person has a critical spirit, they will have a tendency to look for faults in other people. And generally they find them. And the question is, how does that affect the relationship, and what does that have to do with truth? Remember this, the Pharisees found fault with Jesus; but in truth, the fault was with them.

Trouble And Turmoil
Yes, we're seeing a lot of turmoil these days. But then, Jesus did say while in the world we would have trouble. But He also said, rejoice, for I have overcome the world. This is not the time to be moved by what you see, or what you hear. But rather, this is the time to stand firm on the Word of God, and look up. Remember, greater is He that's in you than he that's in the world.

Voices
How many of us struggle with hearing the voice of the Lord? Remember, Jesus did say His sheep hear His voice. And that means there is a voice to be heard, but we do need to be willing to listen to what He has to say. Jesus also said that His sheep will not follow a stranger, because they do not recognize the voice of strangers. And that leads us to another question: What voices are we paying attention to? . . .
