Three ducks clean themselves at the lake. One of them is Loud Lucas, which you've already met in our other videos. When ducks clean themselves it's called preening. They activate a preen gland which releases an oily substance all over their body. This oil acts as an insulator—or something that can keep them warm and, mostly, waterproof. Most ducks around this lake have seasonal bonding. Loud Lucas however used to have a lifelong bond with Lucinda who died last summer. My cat came with a friend cat, whom I have never seen, and they both asked for food. Later when my cat received her plate, she forgot about the friend who did not dare to join the feast. I like taking walks in my neighborhoods grove; it is so peaceful and nice there, and seems to be safe even at night. One summer night I went there with my video camera, and happened to meet a young skinny coyote (or jackal?), who had very bright eyes. Coyotes are nocturnal animals, so no wonder I met this animal at night. He probably was on his way to find some food. Enjoy my videos, share, like, and subscribe. Rosalita, my friend's donkey, likes to chew the curtain by her place when ever she wants to signal me that she is hungry. Rosalita is highly intelligent and lady-like. This is the story of a meditative calm dog named Jessey, and her strong tights with her human loving family, especially with her mother Cecile. Jessey had a rough past; she ran away from the people who had abused her, and after spending some time in a shelter, she was adopted by a great family.
