Mom Reads to You

This is the fairytale story of The Tinderbox, by Hans Christian Andersen. I read it to you in the style that I read to my own children, with wonder and sometimes pausing to experience the story more fully. The story is also recorded with a binaural beat track specifically to invite the brain gently into a coherent state before sleep. I choose stories that are a good bedtime length and I explain to my children that we are also listening to the frequencies that help us to sleep. I want them to be consciously aware of the importance of protecting their receptive brain states before sleeping and maximizing their sleeping hours for success and joy the following day.
