In this video I show you how to dehydrate frozen vegetables. I demonstrate this by dehydrating frozen corn, but the same principles apply to dehydrating any frozen vegetables. I love to dehydrate all type of food, but frozen vegetables are one of my favorites because they are so easy to do. When I dehydrate frozen vegetables, it frees up space in my freezer, and also makes the food more compact and easier to store. Tomatillos are frequently used for making salsa Verde. They also add a nice sour punch to beans such as chickpeas. To prepare tomatillos for use in a recipe, or for canning or dehydrating, you first husk them, then wash them. Cut off any bad spots and cut out the core. Then cut them up however you'd like.

In this video I show you how to dehydrate limes in a food dehydrator. I show the process of slicing them, and placing them on the food dehydrator trays. I also go over what temperature to use when dehydrating limes, and how long it takes limes to dehydrate.
