Whats Cooking At The Firehouse

My favorite time at the firehouse is cooking for my shift. This is an easy recipe to make for a small or large group. One thing I forgot to add in the video is the addition of salt and pepper to taste. Give it a try!

My night to cook at the firehouse. The crew loves this recipe. Slow cooked Puerto Rican Pernil on a bed of brown rice layered with cabbage, red onions, and peppers. Yum!

Like I said before, if you can please 10 hungry firefighters then your on a good track. If your on the job and your a rookie and you have to cook, you better make sure you know what your doing. LOL What you cook and how it comes out will forever follow you in your career. LOL
